Doors (MPD)
Doors with perfect architecture and a range of customization
options to fit your home’s unique characteristics. The Moulded
Panel Doors from Fero Door are made using the facings imported
from Masonite USA, the world’s most renowned moulded panel
facing manufacturer. Using imported tubular particle boards or
pinewoods as the core, we manufacture doors to suit any décor
of your choice.

• Lock handles, fittings like viewing panels and hooks etc. can be fixed.
Glue Melamine Urea Formaldehyde.
Finish Wood texture primer finish suitable for staining or painting.
• Recess of the door are hollow as per the Indian Standards (IS).
Recess
• If required recess can be filled at extra cost.
• Doors made as per BIS standards.
Certification
• All facilities have ISO certification.

Flush Doors
These ready-to-use doors, made with a single hardwood core or tubular
particle board imported from the famous German door manufacturer
Sauerland Spanplatte, bring a special touch to your home through unique
& innovative designs. The superior quality of these doors is ensured by only
using sawmill waste of single species wood for the production of the entire
core. This would be a smart and creative choice for transforming your home
into something truly special.

Primer Finished Flush Doors

The manufacturing process of these doors uses phenolic resin and hot
processing. The two sides of the door will have 3.15mm exterior grade HDF
(high density fibreboard) and the core is made from tubular particle board
from Sauerland Spanplatte, Germany.

Decorative Flush Doors

A decorative veneer of teak, wenge, white oak, walnut or any other species
of your choice is laminated over these doors.

Laminated Flush Doors

These doors are made by pressing high-pressure laminate in different
colours and designs over the doors according to the specifications of the
customer. Please enquire about the available options.

Decorative Flush Doors (Grooved)

Standard designs or straight line of products profiles based on the customer
specification.
