❑ Renew after removing

❑ Tightening torque and sequence → Filter cap - tightening torque and sequence
11 - Filter cap

❑ Renew after removing

❑ Observe fitting instructions → Filter cap - tightening torque and sequence

12 - Seal

❑ Renew after removing

13 - High-pressure filter

❑ Renew after removing

14 - Seal

❑ Renew after removing

• Check that required replacement parts are available before performing repairs → Electronic parts catalogue.

NOTICE
Mechatronic unit will be damaged if it becomes dirty.

⧫ Absolute cleanliness must be maintained when working on the hydraulic control system.

⧫ Even small amounts of dirt can cause system malfunctions.

⧫ Do not remove replacement parts from their packaging until immediately prior to installation.

⧫ Protect open oil passages from dirt.

High-pressure filter cap -A-

• The two markings -arrows- must be in line with one another.

Stage Bolts Tightening torque/angle specification

1 -1 … 3- Screw in by hand until contact is made
2 -1 … 3- 8 Nm
3 -1 … 3- Turn 90° further

Low-pressure filter cap -B-

Stage Bolts Tightening torque/angle specification

1 -1 … 4- Screw in by hand until contact is made
2 -1 … 4- 8 Nm
3 -1 … 4- Turn 60° further
