1.2 GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION

We kindly advice to read carefully and fully understand the contents of this manual before using the Dynamic Control Station.

The operator is responsible for the using and preserving of the control station DYCS.

In order to operate, taking advantage from the correct use of the DYCS the operator, before each use, should adjust the work position
following the information of this documentation .

Utilize and adjust the DYCS only as written in the chapter USE.

Check periodically the conditions of the mobile elements and protections.

Check periodically the integrity of the electrical connections.

In case of faulty functioning or brakes contact immediately the maintenance.

Each operations of maintenance or repair on the DYCS must be effected by qualified personnel.

Use only original spare parts.

Any kind of modification on the DYCS should be authorized by Briedacabins Srl

IMPORTANT!
The DYCS is provided with mechanical and electrical swithes. IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use the DCYS with these
devices removed or tampered.

3 USE

3.1 CONTROLS

The adjustments of the control station DYCS are effected through 2 kind
of devices:

Electrical selectors

They are positioned on the upper part of the RH control (Fig.7) and are
used to control all the DYCS movements electrically operated.

Levers Fig.7

The mechanical levers are 3, and are used for;

1 lever is used for LOCK / UNLOCK the control station

rotation (Fig.8) it is placed on the front part of the central
basement.

2 levers are placed on the rear part of the 2 side boxes

and are used to adjust the opening angle.

3.8 SUGGESTED SEAT ADJUSTMENT

A correct working position considerably decreases the muscular stress. Fully take advantage of the DYCS fetures we
suggest to set the working position as shown below.

Fig.17a Fig.17b

CORRECT WORKING POSITION

Rev.04/16 Brieda Dynamic Control Station 20

USER’S MANUAL EN

The operator must adjust the height and tilting of lateral boxes so that he can comfortably rest his forearms and supports his body.
The bust position must be as much vertical as possible.

To keep a working position as per indications above, improves the distribution of the body load in the lumbar zone.
