A RESOLUTION CONCURRING THE APPOINTMENT OF ELVIRA M. DAANTOS AS BARANGAY

NUTRITION SCHOLAR OF BARANGAY 83-B COGON SAN JOSE, TACLOBAN CITY

WHEREAS, pursuant to section 396 of RA 7160, the Barangay Nutrition Scholar shall be appointed by
the Punong Barangay with the concurrence of the majority of the Sangguniang Barangay;

WHEREAS, Ms./Mr. ELVIRA M. DAANTOS is appointed by Punong Barangay HON. MARILYN C. GO as the
Barangay Nutrition Scholar, subject for the concurrence of this body.

WHEREAS, Ms./Mr. ELVIRA M. DAANTOS possesses all the qualifications and none of the
disqualifications to the position of Barangay Nutrition Scholar.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay Member HON. NOMER F. DABAN duly
seconded by the SB Member HON. LARRY V. CAHINDO.

BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, concurring the appointment of ELVIRA M. DAANTOS

as Barangay Nutrition Scholar of this Barangay.

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all offices concerned. ADOPTED
unanimously this 15th day of April, 2024
