SINIGANG
PORK PATA
sear the pata until golden brown, set aside
saute onion and garlic
add the seared pata and mix for a minute
pour pineapple juice in can, soy sauce, black pepper and a cup of water. Cook until tender
add laurel leaf, sugar to taste and vinegar. Add water, if needed and cook for another 10 min
add dried banana blossom and 1 spoon of black beans (in can)
cook until sauce is reduced and thickened
CHICKEN AFRITADA
marinate the chicken with pineapple juice w/ chuncks, soy sauce and black pepper
fry potato, carrots and bell pepper separately; set aside each
sear the marinated chicken until golden brown
saute onion and garlic
add the seared chicken, laurel leaves, marinade and a cup of water. Bring to boil or until chicken is tender
add pineapple chuncks, fried potato, carrots and tomato sauce.cook for 3-5 min
ad the pineapple chunks, green peas (in can) and bell pepper.cook for another 3-5 min
season with fish sauce to taste. Cook for 3-5 min ot until sauce is thickened
SITAW
boil the small cut of sitaw for 5 mins, drain
mix the sitaw, carrots, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, egg, salt and pepper to taste, magic sarap or tinunaw na knor
fry and flip until golden brown
serve with ketchup
STEAMED CABBAGE
mix ground meat, cubed carrots, garlic and onion
season with salt and pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to taste. Mix well
blanch the cabbage one by one and set aside
fill the ground meat into the blanched cabbage leave and coat it like lumpia style
steam for 10 min
rap or tinunaw na knor cubes and flour
SOTANGHON SOUP
ibabad ang SOTANGHON ng 10 mins
maglaga ng CHICKEN BREAST himayin ng maliliit
igisa ang bawang, sibuyas at luya
ilagay ang hinimay n chicken breast
season with salt, pepper, fish sauce, chicken cubes at ANATO POWDER
drop the CABBAGE and boiled EGG
MISWA SA SIOMAI
saute ginger, garlic and onion then add the siomai and stir

TOFU OMELET

TORTANG SARDINAS
separate the sardines from the juice and crash the sardines
mix well with salt, black pepper, small cubes of carrots, onion, garlix spring onion leaves, flour and egg
heat oil and fry each flip
eat with favorite dipping sauce
