FISH FILLET

SINIGANG

MONGOLIAN PORK TENDERLOIN


mix and season the pork (cut into stripe) with salt, pepper, cooking oil and corn starch
fry the pork mixture

PORK BBQ IN SAUCE


marinate (for 1 hr) the pork with sprite, calamansi, soy sauce, oyster sauce and pepper
saute the pork until golden brown; set aside
saute onion and garlic
add the fried prok, stir for 2 minutes
add tomato sauce for a few minutes
pour the marinade, cover and cooked until the ribs will be tender

CHICKEN WINGS WITH KETCHUP


heat butter and put the chicken and fry
add garlic and mix well
season with black pepper, salt. Remove excess oil
add tomato ketchup, calamansi juice, tomato paste, garlic powder and sugar to taste
stir and mix continously until tender

SITAW
boil the small cut of sitaw for 5 mins, drain
mix the sitaw, carrots, garlic, onion, red bell pepper, egg, salt and pepper to taste, magic sarap or tinunaw na knor
fry and flip until golden brown

STIR FRIED CABBAGE, CHINES STYLE


fried and scramble the egg
saute onion, garlic and spring onion tranks
add the cabbage (in thin strip size), stripe carrots, bell pepper (optional) and spring onion leaves
season with oyster sauce, salt, and soy sauce

STEAMED CABBAGE

boil and mash the POTATO
slice the CARROTS in a very small cubes
add CORN STARCH and FLOUR
drain the oil of the TUNA FLAKES
add EGG and small amount of tuna oil
season with salt and pepper
mix all the ingredients and roll the mixtures into the BREAD CRAMBS and make a shape
fry it until golden brown

TOFU OMELET
crash the TOFU
mix the small cubes of CARROTS, SPRING ONION and EGG
season with salt and pepper
make a spoon full and fry both sides until golden brown

RICE COOKER SERIES


mix and cook as usual all the ingredients into the rice cooker

small cubes of carrots
small cubes of potato
small cubes of ham
corn
garlic and onion

let it cool in 2 pans. After cooling, cut one pan of jelly into cubes and the one pan will be shreded
combine the jelly, CHEESE cubes and cooked TAPIOCA
put the ALL PURPOSE CREAM and CONDENSE MILK (ube flavor)
mix well and chill for 2-3hrs before serving
