EVENING SPORTS ACADEMY

Dear parents,
Greetings!

It is our pleasure to commence the evening sports academy at our campus with effect
from 15 May 2024, Wednesday.

The evening sports academy is optional and is payable. The school transport will not ply
to pick & drop students. Parents have to make their own arrangements.
The timing for the Sports Academy will be from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm during Summer and is
subject to change in Winter. Once the student leaves the school campus, parents will take
the onus for safety & security of their child.

The Sports Academy will provide additional training skills in Football, Swimming,
Basketball & Taekwondo.

In case your child is interested to enroll into the sports academy, please visit the school
account office and fill the consent form.

The students of grade IV to XII can register and enroll their names.

The registration charges (one time per academic session) is Rs 1000 & monthly fee is
Rs 1000. The monthly fee needs to be paid in advance before the 5th of every month
failing which the child may be restricted from participating in the sports academy.

The academy will provide practice and training 04 days a week.

Please go through the rules and regulations governing the sports academy and only if
you agree, then registration form, consent form can be filled and advance payments can
be made through MCB.

The medical fitness certificate to be submitted before the child joins the Sports
Academy. The school will provide sports items for students to play & practice.
