RESOLUTION NO. 30. SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CITY MAYOR LUCY TORRES GOMEZ THROUGH THE GENERAL SERVICES
DEPARTMENT (GSD) ENGR. DOMARDONI CAYANONG FOR EIGHTEEN (18) PLAQUES TO BE GIVEN TO THE
WINNERS WHO WIN THE MEN AND WOMEN CATEGORY OF BASKETBALL, VOLLEYBALL FIESTA LEAGUE
ON DECEMBER 8, 2023, AND MISS GAY 2023 ON DECEMBER 6, 2023, BRGY. CABINGTAN, ORMOC CITY.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay Council, together with the Sangguniang Kabataan Council, conducted a
series of activities in celebration of the upcoming barangay fiesta with its patron, "Feast of the Immaculate
Conception," on December 8, 2023.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay Council has no available funds for the said activities, the barangay needs
the support of the City Government of Ormoc.

WHEREAS, to ensure the success of the sports league event, we would like to request your kind support by
donating eighteen (18) plaques to be given to the winners.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SB Member Cristino Jr M. Nazario, and jointly seconded by all the SB Members
present, be it;

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED; A RESOLUTION REQUESTING CITY MAYOR LUCY TORRES GOMEZ
THROUGH THE GENERAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT (GSD) ENGR. DOMARDONI CAYANONG FOR EIGHTEEN (18)

RESOLVED FURHTER to furnish copies this resolution, each to the Liga ng mga Barangay, Office of the City
Mayor, and DILG Office, all of Ormoc City.
