None of these statements are data
backed. They could very well be false.

That's not the point.

The point is -
What beliefs are driving your life?
What do you think happens in the
world, that makes up your world?
We all have an understanding of the
world that we are convinced is true.
And those beliefs consume us.

What has always worked for me, is to


go through a self-assessment of my
beliefs every year.

To question them.
And ask myself -
Are my beliefs limiting me, or
helping me?
Beliefs are choices. You first choose your
beliefs. And then your beliefs affect your
choices.
