DEED OF EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Extrajudicial Settlement made and entered into by and among the Heirs
of PAISAL M. ABDUL, namely:

CIHAD BANSUAN ABDUL, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY;

JAHREZ BANSUAN ABDUL, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY; and

NUR JAYIEVE BANSUAN ABDUL, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of

ROSARY HEIGHTS 2, COTABATO CITY.

A copy of their birth certificates are hereto attached and marked as ANNEX
“A”, “B”, and “C”, respectively.

WITNESSETH:

That the above-named parties, all of age, are the legitimate and sole heirs of
PAISAL M. ABDUL, who died in COTABATO REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER
on OCTOBER 04, 2023 without any will;

That at the time of his death, the said deceased left a certain sum of money de-
posited at LANDBANK COTABATO located in COTABATO CITY under Savings
Account No. 2741 0979 85;

That to the best knowledge and information of the parties hereto, the said de-
ceased left no debts or obligations;

That a true copy of this extrajudicial settlement had been published once a
week for three consecutive weeks in _________________________, a newspaper of
general circulation in COTABATO CITY, as certified by the said newspaper
hereto attached as Annex “D;”

That other properties not covered by this Extrajudicial Settlement shall be

covered by a separate agreement or proceedings by the abovementioned heirs; and

That the parties hereto being all of legal age and with full civil capacity to
contract, agree to divide and adjudicate, as they hereby divide and adjudicate among
themselves, the above-described bank deposit.
