MONITORING REPORT ON BARANGAY WORKERS AND

FACILITIES

This is to certify that upon perusal of available documents and site visits relating to the
conduct of the Child friendly Local Governance Audit (CFLGA) for the year 2023, the
following have been established;

17 out of the 17 Barangays have existing Child Friendly Facilities namely the following:

1. Day Care Center

2. Early Childhood Care and Development Center
3. Children Play Area Facilities
4. Children Reading Area
5. Children Wash Area

This certification is issued based on the assessment conducted for Sub-Indicator 5.6
Child-Friendly Facilities In All Barangays, aligning with the guidelines on the Child-
Friendly Local Governance Audit for 2024.
