LAC TITLE: BE RIGHT: LET’S TALK ABOUT GRIEVANCE MACHINERY

BASELINE DATA Based on the observations and assessments of the School Head and the Administrative Officer II of the school.
Almost all teachers have little knowledge and background on the content of Deped Order No. 35, s. 2004
(Revision of the Grievance Machinery of the Department of Education). Therefore, there is a need to inform and
educate the teachers on the content and salient features of the said Deped Order to promote wholesome and
desirable employee relations and to prevent employee discontent and dissatisfaction through LAC session.

OBJECTIVES: 1. Familiarize the content and salient features of DO # 35, s. 2004.


2. Identify and follow the step-by-step grievance procedure.
3. Provide a catalyst for the development of capabilities of personnel to settle disputes.
