# Delivery Cost: Including of loading, unloading, carrying & other miscellaneous

02. Payment Term:
# Payment shall be made by A/C payee cheque within 15 days after submission of bill
subject to receiving quality report.
# Please submit your bill to our Head Office within 15 working days from the date of
material delivery with attaching copy of this Purchase order .
03. Other Terms :
# The item should be of new & good quality, If materials found to be of inferior
quality, you will be remain liable to replace the goods at your own cost.
# You have to mention PO NO. in Delivery Challan/Invoice at the time of delivery
otherwise our Inventory department will not receive your product. If goods once return
back for the said reason no additional transportation/miscellaneous charges will be
allowed.
# This Purchase order will be valid for 45 (Forty Five) days.
# You have to comply all environmental and safety requirements of BSRM in
connection with the products to be delivered.
# Suppliers shall have submit VAT Challan (VAT challan value must be equivalent
with invoice value) along with his bill otherwise bill shall be subject to VAT deduction
as per Government rule.
# Tax treatment will be applicable as per law of the land.
# Any disputes or differences arising out of this contract may be mutually settled
between the two parties amicably. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or
relating to this Contract, which is not settled amicably between the parties, shall be
finally settled by way of arbitration by the permanent Arbitrator in Bangladesh as per
Arbitration Act as applicable in Bangladesh. Each party shall nominate an arbitrator
and the nominated arbitrators shall appoint a chairman of the tribunal. The arbitration
shall be held in Bangladesh and conducted in the English language. The arbitration
award so rendered shall be final and binding on the parties."
