Ans- Your firm has always been in a limelight with the recent advancements you have done in the
(Name of the field). Moreover, while traversing through the job profile which your are offering, I
firmly believe that my skills and the skillset which is required for this particular profile are in line,
skills like (3-4 Skills). Moreover, the most important entity for an employee is favourable work life
balance in his workspace and I feel (name of the company) do offer the ecosystem for which I am
looking for. Thus, all these factors collectively made me apply to the fabulous job.
Is there anything which makes you different from the other candidates? / Why
should we hire you?
Ans- 1) I have always tried to keep myself over the edge, always tried to keep my credentials out of
the box. You can traverse through my academic credentials; they have always been best. Not only
these, but apart from that as well, I have been a contributory asset in extracurricular activities as
well. I have established an NGO of my own which is named ‘Madat Foundation’ for the social
welfare. I have also served as an Extension Activity head in the EESA committee of our department
and done many social activities and events. Along with this, I have also acted as the student
placement coordinator for my branch by the virtue of which I have been a link between my Electrical
department and Career Development and Placement Cell of our college. With such a vibrant
portfolio with excellence in every field, I feel this is what differentiates me from the other candidates.

and took part in mega construction projects in J&K. There might be hardly anyone from my age group

Have you ever led any team efficiently? How?
Ans- 1) That is an excellent issue. Though I have not ever managed or led people based on their
performance reviews, I worked as a Junior Engineer in L&T and in this position, I was responsible for
overseeing project productivity and removing any technological obstacles that prevent us from
achieving our objectives. Instead of meeting on a regular basis, As and when problems arise, I’ve
organized informal meetings to help us move on them as a team.
2) As a part of Extension Activity Head in the EESA committee of my college, I organised an event
wherein we the students of our electrical branch decided to spread awareness about electrical
safety. And thus, I led that team being the head and managed event successfully.
Strengths:
I am highly adaptable to new situations and environments. Throughout my
career, I have taken on various roles that required me to learn quickly and
excel in different areas.
I excel in communication, both written and verbal. This skill has enabled me
to work effectively in diverse teams and convey complex ideas to non-
technical stakeholders.
I am quite efficient my core electrical domain and my basics of electrical
domain are crystal clear.
Weaknesses:
While I'm results-driven, I sometimes struggle with the pace of processes. I'm
actively working on my patience and understanding that some procedures are
necessary for the larger organizational goals.
I start by setting clear goals and objectives for each project or task. This helps me
understand the desired outcomes and what needs to be accomplished. I assess the
deadlines associated with each task. I prioritize tasks with imminent or critical
deadlines to ensure that I meet time-sensitive requirements. If I am working in a
team, I communicate my priorities and collaborate with colleagues to ensure that we
are aligned in our efforts. Lastly, I manage stress by not overloading myself with too
many tasks. I recognize the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance to
ensure that I can consistently deliver high-quality results.
