What is the CAT? 

The Common Admission Test is conducted

by the IIMs for admission to their
MBA/PGDM programs and is also accepted
by many other top b-schools for their
admissions. The test comprises of three
sections: Verbal Ability and Reading
Comprehension (VARC), Data Interpretation
and Logical Reasoning (DILR), and
Quantitative Ability (QA). Candidates are
advised to exhibit competence in all the
sections to maximize their chances of
