Undertaking by the student to avail Campus Placement Facility (w.e.f 01/07/2024)

ONE STUDENT-ONE JOB POLICY

1. The Training and Placement Office follows ONE STUDENT, ONE JOB POLICY. Once the
candidate is declared as selected, as per the email received from the company, his/ her name
will be removed from the placement database. Under no circumstance will he/ she be allowed to
sit in any other companies. An exceptional case includes for the dream slot companies and the
companies that will offer a starting pay three times (3x) higher than the previously offered
starting package of already placed candidates. The Placement Officer and the Principal holds
the right to decide which companies are dream slot respective to each branches.
2. If results are delayed, you will be allowed to sit for another company. In that case whichever result is
announced first will be considered as final. If results of two companies are declared on the same day
then, the decision taken by the candidate & Placement Officer will be final. Choice can be given to
candidate depending upon the difference between packages of companies and company stature.
3. If the data filled by candidates is found faulty then he/ she will be debarred from the further
Placement processes. So it is the responsibility of each candidate to verify data and immediately
report any relevant changes to the placement cell coordinators.
4. No candidates should directly interact with the HR team for eligibility or branch considerations
or any kind of other queries. Doing so will be considered as breach of placement cell rules and
regulations.
5. Once a campus is declared, the interested and eligible student has to register himself/herself via
mail/website/Social media whichever is applicable at times. It is the responsibility of the student
to check all notices. Once registered, it is compulsory for the student to sit in the pre-placement
talk (PPT) of that company. LATE COMERS FOR APTITUDE TEST / GD / INTERVIEW
may not be allowed to appear for the selection process.
6. Once Job description, salary, bond, location, etc. are clear in PPT, student can decide whether
he/she wish to continue with further placement process of campus interview or would like to
back off. In case, student will back off in any further stages of placement process, he will be
permanently debarred from T&P Cell.
7. Students shall maintain discipline in every action during the placement process. You have to
maintain decorum when you are in the TPO premises. You should be following professional
etiquettes during the placement processes as well. In case of violation, student will be
disallowed from the placement cell.
8. If selected, the student has to join the company on the date and timing given by the
company. After selection, if he/ she do not join the company for whatever reason, Institute will
take necessary strict actions.
9. Students may have to manage with their own transportation arrangements.
10. Pool campus at other college will be considered as an opportunity provided by T&P Cell, GEC
BHARUCH.
11. Candidates should not argue with coordinators of the placement cell about the eligibility criteria
for the short listing. The company holds the right to change the criteria at any point of the time.
12. Registering yourself in the placement cell is not mandatory/compulsory. Those who want to avail
the benefit of having campus recruitment facility are needed to register with the registration
charge of Rs. 500/-.
13. In case of any discrepancy or issue, decision taken by TPO and Principal will be final.The T&P
Cell and the Principal holds the right to take final decision under any uncertain scenario and
institute's interest will be given the highest priority in this case.

Declaration by the student

I have clearly understood the ONE STUDENT ONE JOB POLICY of our Institute and agreed
with all the terms and conditions of T&P Cell, GEC, Bharuch policy. I am ready to accept any
actions taken against me by T&P Cell, GEC, Bharuch in case of violation of any rules by me. I
hereby assure to attend all the procedures thereby carried out by the company and will not withdraw
my candidature in between the process until the whole process is over. I would like to register myself
for availing the placement facility of the institute.
