Good day, please find below enhanced instructions highlighted in yellow to be conveyed to your candidate before
they depart to Singapore for trainings

We would like to emphasize once again on the below highlighted points for trainees attending NMC trainings in
Singapore face to face / online

1. Arrival flights to Singapore 1 day earlier prior to training commence the next day. With in-flight meals &
arrival o/a 1300 – 1400HRS so trainee gets sufficient rest.
2. Departure from Singapore flights to be booked on last day of training after 2000HRS / latest next day AM
3. Training timings are from 0900 - 1700HRS & transport will be arranged for trainees to arrive in our office by
0815HRS for registration
4. Dress code will be in formal office wear (Shirt & Pants) / Smart Casual. (Collar-less T-shirts, Bermudas & Non-
covered shoes ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED). Training materials will be provided by the training centre
5. Lunch will be provided at Training Centre. Breakfast & dinner will be provided at Hotel (All trainees are
entitled to breakfast & set-meal dinner in the hotel. Should he/she choose the ala-carte option, kindly check
with the hotel on the available options that are catered for your room package. Should the ala-carte option
exceed the catered room package amount, additional charge to be borne by trainee & payment to be made
in full upon checking out of hotel)
6. 2 days before arrival to Singapore, trainee can submit immigration card at
https://eservices.ica.gov.sg/sgarrivalcard/
7. Trainees are now allowed to bring their family members while attending training in Singapore. However, all
room upgrade & additional meal surcharges should be borne by trainee & payment to be made directly to
the hotel upon checking out & no transport will be provided from airport -> hotel -> airport (Above only
applies to trainings in Singapore but not NETI as trainees will be staying in single bedded rooms in-campus
provided by NETl)
8. Upon being picked up at the airport by the driver, driver will hand trainees an instruction manual to read,
pertaining instructions during their training in Singapore.
9. For all trial sessions/online trainings, (Strictly mobile phones/tablets ARE NOT ALLOWED) due to the limited
visibility of the small screen size.
