Dear Mr. Mostafa,

Reference to the above mentioned project. We would like to inform you that we have completed all activities on site along with
the comments received on the inspections submitted & received from your side. Accordingly we mobilized the deep cleaning third
party yesterday the 27th of November which will be completed tomorrow the 29 th of November with the deep cleaning of the
project.

Accordingly we will be demobilizing our teams by the end of tomorrow.

Furthermore & in reference to the letter ref.(MTD-FO/DC/FR/LTR-01/Admin-2018/0188) requesting the release of the bank
guarantee with equivalent value to the progress on site, we would like to remind you that nothing have been released to date.
Accordingly please arrange to release the remaining value of the bank guarantee for the All Day dining & the outstanding payment
of the project as below.

Kindly note that Progress Claims have been issued to you on the 25 th of October &
according to the contract payment terms, all payment to be issued within a duration of 30 days. Accordingly we are requesting you
to speed up the process to release both the outstanding payments as stated above & the outstanding bank guarantee.
