After reviewing, I found a written-o status in one of my RBL Bank credit card (Card
Number – 5369 0770 0005 7473) account in My Cibil report. My CIBIL control number is
007553649896.

I received the credit card few years back, however, I could not pay the emi on time.
That’s why the account became written o .

Recently 17/04/2023, I paid the entire outstanding amount to close the credit account.
Later, I also collected the No Dues certificate of the lender.

So, kindly remove the current Balance, overdue, written-o status, written-o Amount
(total+principal) & last DPDs from the credit card account of my CIBIL report at the
earliest.

I am sending all the necessary KYC documents and the NDC certificate for verification
purposes, kindly find the attached below, and do the needful.
