Teaching Schedule on 2nd Saturdays and Last Working Days of every month

Dear Students & Parents

Greetings of the day!

With the cooperation of all stake holders, we have successfully reopened school
after summer vacation today. We at JVM all are happy to see most of the
students back to their classes with a lots of joy and vigour.

Tomorrow, 8 June 2024 ( Second Saturday) is a working day as given in the

almanac. Only those 2nd Saturdays which are marked as holidays are to be
considered otherwise school runs as usual as per time table even on some 2nd
Saturdays.

Plan for Class I to V – 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on 8 June 2024 –Both in VDN & VVN

1st period – Conglom

2nd Period – Reading Practice & Vocabulary – things to bring English & 2nd Lang
Notes & Text Books
3rd Period – House Meeting to discuss about June Month’s CCA Activites
4th & 5th Periods – Indoor Sports
– Class I & II – Save Water – material will be provided by
Teachers
- Class III-V – Chess Game-Trial Round-Chess Boards and
pawns to be brought by all interested students.
Dispersal at 12:30 pm
Along with above mentioned material, students need to bring tiffin, water bottle
etc., Class VI to XII – Full Day Teaching Schedule as per Time table.

School has decided to run a half day session on all last working days of the month
to facilitate staff to consolidate the process of the work taken up during the whole
month. So, teaching schedule will be from 8:00 am to 11:50 am ( First 4 periods
as per time table of the day) for all classes .
