WHEREAS, vide communication No. PSC/Exam/MO(Allo)/2022 dated

03.10.2022, the J&K Public Service Commission forwarded wait list in respect of

AND WHEREAS, the H&ME Department vide Government Order No. 930
JK(HME) of 2022 dated 21.12.2022, accorded sanction to the cancellation of
appointments in respect of 93 Medical Officers (main list) who were appointed
vide Government Order No. 748-JK(HME) of 2022 dated 25.10.2022 but failed to
join at their respective place of postings upto the last date of joining ie.

AND W}HEREAS, consequent upon cancellation of appointment of

 Medical Officers in a time bound manner, notice was issued to 74 selectee Medical
Officers (i.e. OM=66 & RBA=08figuring in the waiting list except one candidate of
OMCategory whose selection was cancelled ab-initio by the JKPSC) for submission
of their email address & mobile number in the Health and Medical Education
Department, Civil Secretariat, Srinagar/Jammu for registration under "Employee
Verification System (EVS)" within aperiod of 07 days positively from the date of
issuance of this notice in terms of Circular No. 18-JK (GAD) of 2022 dated
20.05.2022 issued by the General Administration Department;

AND WHEREAS, On receipt of verification reports in respect of 50

waiting list candidates only, the Health &Medical Education Department issued
appointment/posting orders in their favour vide Government Order No. 218
JK(HME) of 2023 dated 10.03.2023& Government Order No. 241-JK(HME)of 2023
dated 24.03.2023;
AND WHEREAS, the department has now

received verification reports in respect of 10 more candidates figuring in the (02

Main list & 08 Wait list) of Medical Officers from the Criminal Investigation
Department, J&K;
Now therefore, as recommended by the J&K Public Service
Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the temporary appointment of
following ten (10) candidates {(inrespect of whom verification reports have been
received from J&K Criminal Investigation Department),(02 from Main select list &
08 by operating Wait list)} as Medical Officers in the Jammu and Kashmir Health

duties as per his/her specific place of posting without any change/alteration in
their postings by way of deployments or internal arrangements failing which
disciplinary proceedings shall be initiated against such concerned Chief Medical
Officers/ Medical Superintendents/ Block Medical Officers/ DD0's including
appointee Medical Officer.
