Pre-lesson:
INDUCTION Play chain game. Say In my garden there are four trees and there’s a tiger. When there
are eight things in the list, start another chain.

Lesson development:-
1. Check understanding of park.
2. Hand out the unit 6 stickers. Tell pupils to listen and place each sticker in the correct
place. (HOTS)
3. Play the recording. Pupils listen and stick. They place the answer stickers. (CD2 43)
MAIN 4. Pupils compare answers in pairs. Play the recording again. Check with the class.
ACTIVITY

5. Play the recording in sections. Pupils listen and repeat in chorus. (CD2 44)
6. Pupils take turns to practice the questions and answers in pairs.
7. Look at Activity 1 again. Pupils ask and answer in open pairs.
8. Pupils do workbook page 73. (CBA)

CLOSING
Post-lesson:-
ACTIVITY Write three questions from the lesson in jumbled word order on board for pupils to
unjumble.
