A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR/MS CLAIRE ANNE BALTAZAR AS SANGGUNIANG

KABATAAN OF BARANGAY 28 ZONE 4, DISTRICT 1 PASAY CITY

WHEREAS, The Republic Act No. 10742 otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015 provide in chapter 2 section 13 paragraph (f) states that the Sangguniang
Kabataan Chairperson,with concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan has the power to appoint
among the member of the Katipunan ng Kabataan a Secretary and Treasurer.
WHEREAS, Republic Act 10742 further provides for the following qualifications of an SK
TREASURER.
- Must be a citizen of the Philippines, a qualified voter of the Katipunan ng Kabataan;
- A resident of the Barangay for not less than one (1) year immediately preceeding the day
of the elections;
- At least eighteen (18) years but not more than twenty-four(24) years of age on the day of
the elections;
- Able to read and write Filipino, English or the local dialect;
- Must not be related within the second civil degree of consanguinity or affinity to any
incumbment elected national official or any incumbment elected regional,provincial,city
municipality or barangay official in the locality where he or she seeks to be appointed
and ;
- Must not have been convicted by final judgement of any crime involving crime involving
moral turpitude.

WHEREAS, from among the Katipunan ng Kabataan member of the Barangay 28,Zone 4
District 1, Pasay City, the Chairperson recommended Mr/Ms Claire Ann Baltazar for the
position SK Treasurer after due consideration of His/Her qualification and finding Him/Her
to process the necessary skills and experience required for the position as SK Treasurer;

WHEREAS, as SK Treasurer, mr/ms. Claire Anne Baltazar shall perform the following
duties stated in the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of 2015:

- Take custody of all SK properties and funds and ensure proper turnover to the next
treasurer;
- Collect and receive contributions, movies, materials, and all other resources intended for
the SK and the KK, and issue the corresponding official receipts thereto;
- Serve as cosignatory in all withdrawals from SK funds and disburse funds in according
with the approves annual budget and supplemental budget, as the case may be of the SK;
- Certify the availability of the SK funds whenever necessary;
- Submit to the SK and to the Sangguniang Barangay, certifies and detailed statements of
actual income and expenditures at the end of every quarter and the posting of the same in
the barangay bulletin board and in the at least three (3) conspicuous places within the
jurisdiction of the barangay, and if possible, including the use of traditional and non-
traditional media;
- Render written financial report of all SK funds and property under her/his custody and
shall be made available to all KK members during the regular KK assembly; and
- Perform such other duties and discharge such other functions as the SK Chairperson may
prescribe or direct.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVES AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN to approve the appointment of Mr./Ms. Claire Anne
Baltazar as Treasurer of the Sanguniang Kabataan of Barangay 28, Zone 4, District 1,
Pasay City;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that Mr./Ms. Claire Anne Baltazar appointment shall be

effective beginning June, 2020
