Series of 2024

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE ALAN R. DUJALI

CONGRESSMAN OF 2ND DISTRICT OF DAVAO DEL NORTE TO ALLOCATE
FUNDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE BLEACHERS TO BE
INSTALLED AT THE BARANGAY COVERED COURT LOCATED AT PUROK 1,
SALVACION, SANTO TOMAS, DAVAO DEL NORTE.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council proposed the construction of Concrete

Bleachers to be installed at Barangay Covered Court for the use during programs,
basketball league, different meetings, social gatherings and other purposes;

WHEREAS, the proposed installation of concrete bleachers is essential

considering that barangay Salvacion is one of the flood-prone areas in the municipality;

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council of Salvacion believes that installation of

concrete bleachers will add convenience to its constituents during events even
calamities;

THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Cecilia V. Vido and duly seconded by the

August Body;
 Be It RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of
Salvacion Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte is respectfully requesting the Honorable Alan
R. Dujali Congressman of 2 nd District of Davao Del Norte to allocate funds for the
Construction of Concrete Bleachers to be installed at the Barangay Covered Court
located at Purok 1, Salvacion, Santo Tomas, Davao Del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the office

of Honorable Alan R. Dujali Congressman 2nd District of Davao del Norte for proper
information and appropriate action.

RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE ALAN R. DUJALI

CONGRESSMAN OF 2ND DISTRICT OF DAVAO DEL NORTE TO ALLOCATE
FUNDS FOR THE PROVISION OF THREE (3) UNITS SPLIT TYPE AIR
CONDITION UNIT TO BE INSTALLED TO THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED
BARANGAY HALL OF BARANGAY SALVACION, SANTO TOMAS, DAVAO DEL
NORTE.

WHEREAS, the newly constructed Barangay Hall of Barangay is in need of Air

condition unit to be installed in the offices the newly constructed namely: Receiving
Area, Barangay Session and the office of the Punong Barangay;

WHEREAS, the barangay Council of SALVACION considered that the provision

of the above-mentioned unit will help a lot in providing the quality of public service that
the constituent deserves;

WHEREAS, it has been the prayer of the BARANGAY Council to have a

convenient place to conduct its regular session, committee meeting and other likes ;
since it is the place where plans, programs and laws that is beneficial to the general
welfare were crafted;
 WHEREAS, A convenient place will surely leads to a progressive
Place;

THEREFORE, on motion of Honorable Cecilia V. Vido and duly seconded by the

August Body;

Be It RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED by the Sangguniang Barangay of

Salvacion Santo Tomas, Davao del Norte is Respectfully Requesting The Honorable Alan
R. Dujali Congressman of 2 nd District of Davao del Norte to allocate funds for the
Provision of Three (3) Units Split Type Air Condition unit to be installed to the newly
constructed barangay hall of Barangay Salvacion, Santo Tomas, Davao Del Norte.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of this resolution be forwarded to the office

of Honorable Alan R. Dujali Congressman 2nd District of Davao del Norte for proper
information and appropriate action.
