RESOLUTION NO. 31. SERIES OF 2023

A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE REAPPOINTMENT OF NEMINDA L. PAQUIAO AS BARANGAY
TREASURER OF BARANGAY CABINGTAN, ORMOC CITY, LEYTE.

WHEREAS, the Punong Barangay has brought to this body the confirmation on the re-appointment of Neminda
L. Paquiao as Barangay Treasurer pursuant to the provision of Sec. 394, par (a) R.A. 7160, otherwise known as
the Local Government Code of 1991.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of SBM JOHANAN R. CANTAY, duly seconded by all members of the council
members present in session, be it.

RESOLVED, as it is hereby RESOLVED; to CONFIRMED the re-appointment of NEMINDA L. PAQUIAO as

Barangay Treasurer, Barangay Cabingtan, Ormoc City effective on December 5, 2023.

RESOLVED FURHTER to furnish copies this resolution, each to the Liga ng mga Barangay, Office of the City
Mayor, Office of the City Accountant, Land Bank of the Philippines, PAIAO and DILG Office, all of Ormoc City.
