The study aimed to create a device which could display messages of five choices
stored in the memory. A speed control was also available which could allow
the user to view the messages in a low, moderate, and high speed. The device
could display messages in a low, moderate, and high speed performance and the
messages could either blink or display one by one.
Experimental development and descriptive approaches were the methods
used to test the functionality and practicality of the design.
Findings showed that the device was very convenient and useful in
highway billboards. Furthermore, since the billboard was computer program
controlled, the user could easily change the mode and select a message to display.

This study aimed to create a device which could determine the speed of the
vehicle and check for over speeding. The study sought to address the problem of
car accidents in highways.
Experimental development and descriptive approaches were the methods
used. Fifteen purposively chosen evaluators were requested to assess the speed
track control system.
Findings revealed that the device was effective to limit the speed of a
certain road machine model and was satisfactory in automation and operation
which could prevent road accidents.
