Dear Parents,

With great pleasure and enthusiasm, we announce the Combined Junior School Sports Day of North Campus Junior &
North Nazimabad Campus on 15th January, for Grades III-VI.

The plan for the practice and final days is as follows:

Parents are requested to note the following instructions and strictly adhere to them to make this Sports Day a fun-
filled and memorable family event.
Students’ attendance is mandatory on all days.
No student should be dropped at School. Students are to report to the venue on all days as per the schedule given.
Punctuality is essential.
Requests for early departures will not be sanctioned.
Carry the ID cards of students at pick-up time.
Students must come in complete sports uniform and white canvas shoes on both days.
Mobile phones, cameras or other gadgets should not be carried to the ground. The school will not be responsible for
any loss.
Students should bring their backpacks with snacks and water bottles labelled appropriately. However, a canteen
facility is also available at the venue on the practice day.
