1. Why you need self
discipline ?

Except for man, god is managing everything,

and everything is going so beautifully, so
rhythmically.

Trees have their own self-discipline, as do

clouds, stars, and the whole universe, which is
perfectly balanced and disciplined.

Except for man, nothing seems to be neurotic or

disordered.

In today's world, every aspect of a man's life is

messed up, whether it's his sleep, diet,
sexuality, brain, or anything else.

But if you want to get some control over your

life, the first thing you need is self-discipline to
create order within you and your life.

As you are, you are a mess.

You are in total disorder and living a life full of

accidents.

You don't act based on your own self-

consciousness; instead, you act based on the
unconscious thoughts that the world is
constantly offering you.

Self-discipline is the only way to break out of

the cycle of unconscious thoughts and actions.

Self-discipline means giving life a direction,

vision, and a goal.

A man without self-discipline runs in all

directions, not knowing where to go or what is
to be attained; he has no aim, no goal in life.

He is like a blind man shooting an arrow.

A life of self-discipline is one in which a person

is well aware of his goal; he knows exactly
where to let his arrow fly.

Human beings are coming into this

world unformed.
You can either mould yourself the way
you want, or other people and society
will mould you.
If you allow too many hands to mould
you, you will become deformed.
- Sadhguru
4-step framework to
achieve a sigma-disciplined
life.

Unconscious self discipline vs. conscious self

discipline

Spending time on social media or watching porn

/ fap is your unconscious self discipline.

But when it comes to conscious self-discipline,

you will have to plan each step with the most
awareness, understanding, and second-order
thinking.

So, direction, goal, and second-order thinking.

When all three are in sync, you have conscious

self-discipline and balance in your life. If you
don't have all three, you will keep moving
unconsciously.

If you're trying to be disciplined but failing every

time, then you'll need this 4-step framework to
achieve a sigma-disciplined life.
1. SACRIFICE

Self-discipline means being ready to reject 100

things for one thing.

Self-discipline entails having a single goal and

being willing to reject and sacrifice everything
else in order to achieve only one thing.

Always remember that self-discipline and

sacrifices go hand in hand.

If you want to achieve one thing, you have to let

go of a thousand others.

He who tries to accomplish everything comes

up empty-handed; you must choose between
this and that.

Alternatively, if you want to accomplish

everything = nothing.

For example - Either you can achieve women or

success in your early 20s.

Choice is your. Either you sacrifice women or

success.
Learn to love small sacrifices in life, and each
sacrifice will bring you so much joy and
satisfaction that you will be surprised:

it is not a sacrifice;

it is a way of blessing.

When people become too afraid of sacrificing

anything, they just live a mundane life.

And to live a mundane life is not to live at all.

The problem with most people is that they want

the great life, but they do not want the price
attached.

For example -

If you want to buy clothes, but you don’t like the

price tag, the only option is to become a thief. If
you become a thief, you can have everything for
free, but you always live in fear, and anytime,
you can become a “state guest.”

Otherwise, if you want something, there is a

price. Whether it is worth the price or not is
what you have to estimate in your life.

You must evaluate what the price of that

outcomes demands and whether you are willing
to pay.
Once you decide, pay the price joyfully.

If you don’t pay the price joyfully, you will have

it and you will be miserable.

LIST 4 THINGS YOU ARE READY TO

SACRIFICE FOR 2 MONTHS.

1.

2.
.
3.

4.

If you need to sacrifice the whole world for your

progress and protection, then do so without any
hesitation.
2. MINDSET

MINIMIZE YOUR WORTHLESS DESIRE.

This is the basic difference between the man of

self-discipline and the desire-ridden man.

A man torn by desires runs in a thousand

directions simultaneously. Trying to do a
thousand things at once gradually drives him
insane, sad, and depressed, and he ultimately
fails miserably.

Listen, if you have multiple desires, your vast

amount of energy and focus diverges in all
directions, and you will not get enough energy
to work on one desire.

So choose the bare minimum of what you want

and focus on it while ignoring everything else.

For example-

Your one desire wants to earn money, another

wants to hang out with friends, another wants to
enjoy women, another wants to travel and show
off on social media, and so on.
So the first step in having self-discipline is
being able to reject your worthless wants.

The worthless has no value; it serves no

purpose in life, brings no peace or joy, and is
not lasting.

It's not meant to be a long-term satisfaction, but

it does have its own appeal, temptation, and
excitement, even if these things don't last.

Worthless desires are illusions created by god

(maya).

Don't let worthless desire kill your long-term

peace of mind.
SUFFERING AND TORTURE COME FIRST,
GLORY LATER.

To practise self-discipline, you must first

recognise its suffering.

You will have a difficult time at the beginning.

How difficult it is to get up at five o'clock in the

morning?

How difficult is it to bear the pain of 100

pushups and squats?

How difficult is it to sit for 12 minutes for

mediation?

The whole body revolts, and the mind refuses

and offers excuses:

"It is too cold to get up today, and you need

the sleep. You can get up early tomorrow."

"It's too painful to do 100 pushups and

squats." You can be okay by doing just 10,
walking here and there, listening to songs,
and having fun.
It's pointless to sit silently for 12 minutes;
what do I gain from this nonsense?" "This is
a spiritual person's job, and I am not all like
those boring people"
You gain nothing by sleeping that much
longer, but the mind coaxes you into thinking
how lovely it would be.

You gain nothing by doing bare minimum

exercise, but the body coaxes you into
thinking how easy and relax it would be.

You instantly feel calm, relaxed, and focused

by sitting silently for 12 minutes, but your
mind and body prevent you from doing so.

You have no idea how happy you will be later if

you accept the touture and suffering of good
things.

If you miss the morning, you can never

regain that freshness during the day, but the
mind whispers otherwise: "Stay and rest a
little longer in that world of oblivion."

Doing 100 pushup and squats will give solid

psychic , strength, confidence, healthy body,
but again your mind whisper otherwise. " dont
give pain to body just be easy and relax"

Doing 12-minute meditations will transform

you into a superhuman. A man of
concentration, a sharp memory, calmness,
relaxation, attractiveness, and much more,
but your mind tells you otherwise. "This
stupidity of sitting for 12 minutes is a waste of
time."
MIND WILL COME UP WITH A HUNDRED
REASONS TO QUIT.

Only wisdom, knowledge, second-order

thinking, and meditation can stop you from the
matrix of absolute destructive habits.

What is the point of being on "no porn, no

fap"?

Why should I get up early in the morning

when the rest of the world is sleeping?

What is the point of sacrificing and suffering

when the world is enjoying Netflix, sex, and
women?

Listen, the mind would want a bed of flowers

and come up with all kinds of good reasons not
to be self-disciplined and live normal lives.

The mind thinks that things that aren't self-

disciplined are fun and that self-discipline is
painful, but the truth is just the opposite.

The mind never says, Practice self-discipline!

Who knows whether this moment will come

again in this lifetime, or not?
Let's chill with girls, watch movies, and enjoy
social media reels and shorts. It never urges
you forward on the path of long-term success.

It never makes you aware of the fact that time is

running out and, as men, you haven't achieved
something significant, because the mind always
hankers after pleasure instead of sacrifice, hard
work, and second-order consequences.

For example-

The first-order consequences of exercise (pain

and time spent) are commonly considered
undesirable, while the second-order
consequences (better health and more
attractive appearance) are desirable.

Similarly, food that tastes good is often bad for

you and vice versa.

Quite often the first-order consequences are the

temptations that cost us what we really want,
and sometimes they are the barriers that stand
in our way.

It's almost as though nature sorts us by

throwing us trick choices that have both types
of consequences and penalizing those who
make their decisions on the basis of the first-
order consequences alone.
LIST OF 4 ACTIONS YOU WILL TAKE FOR 2
MONTHS AND THE SECOND-ORDER
CONSEQUENCES YOU WILL ENJOY.

1.

2.
.
3.

4.

For every action you perform there is a

consequence. Most people are not willing to face
the consequences when they come;

Anybody who is not willing to joyfully accept the

consequences that come to them for whatever
actions they perform is just a fool.
3. PATIENCE

When gold is thrown into the furnace, one has

to exercise great patience.

He who is impatient fails; he who is patient is

successful. If you in a hurry or become
impatient, it means you have not accepted
suffering and are eager to be done with it.

In that case, you have not understood the glory

of suffering.

Remember, life has simple mathematics.

If you want to shine like the sun, first burn like

the sun.

You do not know that as you suffer, you are

being cleansed, purified, matured and disolved
of all that is worthless and useless.

If you are in hurry that means you have not

recognised suffering as a friend yet. Suffering
as blessing of god.

One more thing to keep in mind: whoever

recognises suffering as a friend is not in a
hurry; only then can he achieve self-discipline
in his life.
Suffer the pain of waking up early in the
morning;

Suffer the pain of doing exercises; and be

patient until everyone starts acknowledging
your suffering.

Be patient and keep going with your own

conscious self-discipline until you can see
drastic changes in yourself for the better.

Speed is one of the big problems of modern

man because it has made impossible many
things that can happen only with patience.

You need patience to get a fit body, master

new skills, and work creatively.

Listen, you become impatient when you care

about results.

So write it down very clearly

Irrespective of results, I will work hard on these

five tasks with patience.

If I decide to meditate for 21 minutes, I will

always meditate for 21 minutes or more,
never for less.

If I decide to work out for 1 hour, I will do it

for 1 hour or more, but never less.
IRRESPECTIVE OF RESULTS, I WILL WORK
HARD ON THESE 4 TASKS WITH PATIENCE.

1.

2.
.
3.

4.

Small changes often appear to make no difference

until you cross a critical threshold.

The most powerful outcomes of any compounding

process are delayed. You need to be patient
The journey is long and many times
one starts losing hope.

Those are the moments when patience

will be needed.

Patience is nothing but a fragrance

of trust.

The night is dark but one trusts that

the dawn is coming.

The mind will try to frustrate.

The mind will bring a feeling of

hopelessness, because once a person
becomes hopeless all growth is lost.

Then he simply leads a routine life, a

mundane, mediocre life.

The base is that once you become

hopeless about the dawn, then the
night has taken complete possession
of you.

That is the dark night, and

everybody has to pass through it.

So be positively patient.

Work hard.! keep moving! Don't stop!

@TitansVision
Patience is not a substitute for work.

You have to work hard but you have

to trust that just by your own work
much cannot happen.

Man's hands are very small and the

existence is very big; we cannot
contain it.

Our efforts are very tiny, and that

which we are desiring is infinite.

So do all that you can do.

Never relax in that, but still remember

that only by your own doing it
cannot happen.

Your doing is needed and your waiting

also. Your doing is needed and your
passive, alert, patience also.

When these two things meet

the effort and patience of man
- grace descends.

The meeting of patience and effort is

the opening of the infinte doors.

Then suddenly the clouds start

opening and the sun is there, bright
and full of light and full of delight.
@TitansVision
4 Master of your time.

Time is not your master, but your slave.

Make use of it, but do not let it use you.

The state of affairs as we see it is just the

opposite: time uses us.

People complain and say they want to meditate

and exercise but have no time.

You have no time for meditation and exercise?

Is time your servant, or are you time's slave?

People complain they don't know how to pass

the time ( go to malls, watch bullshit comedy
shows, etc. ) ,

but when it comes to meditation, exercise, and

reading, where has the time gone? And it's the
same people!

They have a lot of time—watching television,

going to movies, and going to clubs—and yet
there is no time to spare for meaningful things.
Let me put it bluntly: time is using you, and the
whole world is using you.

If you are the master, you have all the time at

your disposal.

If you are a slave, you have no time at all.

What can a slave possess?

His time is not even his own.

Yes, most of the men are either slaves to their

social media accounts, bosses, wives, or
girlfriends.

How will they find time for personal growth?

There are two types of play going on:

Sigma - the man uses his time the way he

wants, primary which is meditation, exercise
and work.

Secondary: women, social media, fun and

anything else.

On the other hand, Beta

His whole time is consumed by social media,

friends, and women who spend the day with him
and the night with sigma, leaving him with no
time for self-improvement.
Remember, it's not that 24 hours are less for
you, but the real reason is that, for the useless,
you have already saved 24 hours.

It is difficult to find 24 seconds that are

meaningful.

Be the master of time.

Then alone will you be able to practise self-

discipline, and there is no other way.

Be like sigma, don't be beta.

LIST FOUR THINGS ON WHICH YOU WILL

NOT WASTE A SINGLE SECOND OF YOUR
LIFE FOR TWO MONTHS.

1.

2.
.
3.

4.

This is such a brief life –

why waste your time on things that are not

worthwhile?
Do or die; there is no other way.

#Gautam Buddha revealed the

final way to get into the
disciplines.

The night Buddha achieved enlightenment, he

sat under the tree, and he said:

"I will not rise from this tree again in my life if I

don't attain enlightenment. Finished!".

A total decision. At that moment, he dropped

the "decidophobia" completely—a total
decision. And by the morning, he had become
enlightened.

If the intensity is total, the struggle is over. Now

winning is all yours.

So, if you are really interested in achieving

something, then don't keep working for it half-
heartedly.

Either die for your goal or don't seek it, because

a lukewarm search and efforts are not going to
help; it is a sheer waste of energy.
If you want to achieve anything significant, then
put yourself totally into it.

A total devotion, a single goal, and an attack on

it

Make that one idea your life — think of it, dream

of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles,
nerves, every part of your body, be full of that
idea, and just leave every other idea alone.

This is the way to success.

Why is following
disciplines going to be a
do-or-die situation for
you?

The mind has deep patterns, and energy tends

to flow away from old patterns.

New patterns have to be created.

You may have become aware of your bad

habits, but knowledge isn't enough; the mind,
which is constantly looking for an opportunity to
move from an old pattern, immediately slips
back into its old pattern whenever you give it
free hand. It takes no time to get back to old
habits.

Discipline is simply an effort to create new

pathways for the energy to move on, so it
doesn't move on the old pathway.

You won't be able to form new habits and

pathways until you put in extraordinary effort,

Everyone wants to get up early, quit social

media, meditate, and do a variety of other
positive things, but none of them are able to do
it because of their very heavy old mental
patterns.
If you think you can overcome those dark
mental patterns with just meager efforts, then
you are thinking very wrong.

To overcome all of your negative mental

patterns and create new positive pathways, you
will have to fight like it's a do-or-die battle.
This is how you will change
your habits.

Man is like a puppet.

The strings of his habits, emotions, passions,

and senses make him dance to their bidding.

They bind his soul.

Yes! You have to understand that it's your habits,

emotions, passions, and senses that let you
move in particular directions.

Not only that, understand that you were born with

certain habits that were dominant in your past
lives.

That's why every human being acts and moves in

a different direction even when living in the same
circumstances and in the same house, but has a
totally different individuality just because of his
habits, karma, emotions, and passions from
multiple lives.

Your greatest enemies are your bad habits.

They will follow you from one incarnation to

another until you overcome them.

In order to free yourself from fate, you must cure

yourself of bad habits.
How?
First, purify your mind and body

Meditations (15 min.)

Pranayam (30 min.)

Aum chanting (21 times)

Prayer to the religion's god

Eat natural food.

Second, change your company.

Good company is one of the best medicines.

If you have a tendency to drink, mix with people

who do not.

If you are suffering from ill health, be with

people who have positive minds, who don't
think about sickness, and who do pranayama,
yoga, and meditation.

If you have the consciousness of failure,

associate with those who have the
consciousness of success.

Then you will begin to change.

You have to find some way to stay in touch with
people who support you.

People who are on the same path will help you

stay committed.

If you meet the wrong people, they may say,

“What?

You get up at 4 or 5 o’clock in the morning?

You need to meet the kind of people who say,

“What?

You get up at 5?

I get up at 3:45.

You should meet people who are more

committed and determined than you.

Each of your habits creates a specific "groove,"

or pathway, in the brain.

These patterns make you behave in a certain

way, often against your wishes.

Your life follows those grooves that you yourself

have created in the brain.
In that sense, you are not a free person; you
are more or less a victim of the habits you have
formed.

Depending on how set those patterns are, to

that degree, you are a puppet.

But you can neutralise the dictates of those bad

habits.

How?

By creating brain patterns of opposite bad

habits.

And you can completely erase the grooves

of bad habits by

Meditations (15 min.)

Pranayam (30 min.)
Aum chanting (21 times)
Prayer
Eat natural food.

There is no other way.

Even if you were to flee to the jungle, your old

habits would still be with you.

Even if you die today and take your next life

after a few weeks, months, or years (depending
on your krama), your habits will still be with you
in your next life
You can't run away from them, so you may as
well strive to overcome them.

Clear out the jungle of your wrong habits.

Then you will be free.

Don't let any of your bad
habits become second
nature.

All bad habits and their enjoyer, the ego, are

very tenacious and monopolising in their claims
on human beings.

No matter how pernicious a habit's effect is, it is

hard to remove because of the ego's
attachment to it.

When a person sincerely tries repeatedly to get

rid of a bad habit and does not succeed, he
becomes despondent and cannot summon up
courageous thoughts.

Bad habits almost paralyse the will.

The victim helplessly thinks, "What is the use of

trying?"

Mental slavery to a sense habit is the result of

continued repetition of the specific act that
gives birth to a particular habit.

By attentively thinking about a certain thing

every day, an individual makes that thing a part
of his consciousness.
When a habit becomes an integral facet of one's
thinking, it becomes "second nature."

This "second nature" is so powerful that it

convinces one that he can never get rid of his
own "nature," even if in exchange he were to
receive a whole world of superior satisfaction.

How many men are convinced that they cannot

quit porn and faking because of social media
sexuality, their weak mind, or their weak body?

But

once you get superior satisfaction from

semen retentions, it becomes your second
nature instead of porn and fap.

Once you feel intense energy, focus,

calmness, charisma, aura, divine energy
around you, a healthy body, a glowing face,
and no laziness from pranayam, it becomes
second nature.

You just have to start the good habit for a few

months, and once you start getting its magical
results, you will become dependent on it and
can't get rid of it.

Weaken a bad habit by avoiding everything that

occasioned or stimulated it without
concentrating on it in your zeal to avoid it.
Don’t keep feeding your bad habits with fresh
actions that strengthen them.

So sacrifice and restrict your bad habits.

Then divert your mind to some good habit and

steadily cultivate it until it becomes a
dependable part of you.

practises daily godly habits.

Why do you have so much
infatuation for worthless
and meaningless habits?

(This is the reason why you are lazy,

undisciplined, addicted to social media,
porn- fap, and have many other bad habits.)

# A short Story

A man bought a new bungalow.

He laid out a garden and planted some seeds

and flowers.

When they began to sprout, he found that

weeds had come up mixed with the flowers.

He was worried, so he went to his neighbour,

Alex Jones, for advice.

"How am I to know which plants are flowers and

which are weeds?"

"That is simple,"
Alex Jones answered. "Pull them all out!

Those that come up again are the weeds."

This is the quality of all that is worthless: pull it

out, and it is not destroyed.

The meaningful, the purposeful, is destroyed if

you pull it out; not so the meaningless, the
purposeless.

You sow the seeds of what is meaningful, and

you are not even sure if it will bear fruit, for
there are thousands of obstacles ahead.

This is the specialty of the useless. Uproot it,

and it grows by itself.

The useless and the ineffectual flower on their

own.
Uproot them a thousand times, and they will still
persist.

The meaningless grows effortlessly, but the

meaningful requires great effort.

That is why you have chosen the meaningless;

it grows on its own.
# useless demand no effort.

You don't have to do anything to become a

thief: be jealous of the hard-working guys and
consume bullshit news on social media.

The habits of stealing, jealousy, and distancing

grow like weeds.

Do you work hard to become addicted to porn

and fads, scrolling social media all day, and
eating fast food?

You don't have to go through any prayer, any

sadhana, any discipline, any pranayam, any
exercise, any mediation, or any yoga to become
worthless.

These things happen on their own.

Do you have to go somewhere to learn how to

be distracted—to some university?

No, it grows like weeds.

But when it comes to meditation, the difficulty

starts.
If you want to learn how to be truly focused,
healthy, happy, and wise, then there are many
difficulties along the way, while distraction,
laziness, and addiction to porn and fake news
grow and flourish like weeds.

You learn to be focused, healthy, happy, and

energetic only with great difficulty.

Every moment, you have to uproot all the

weeds before you can plant the seedling of
love, devotion, prayer, meditation, and all other
good habits.

The weeds must always be in check if you want

focus and health to grow; otherwise, the young
plant will suffocate and look like it's under a pile
of trash.
# Achieving meaningful is tough

Attaining the worthless is like rolling down the

mountain; you don't have to do anything since
the force of gravity will do everything.

A wise man is one who has realised that that

which grows on its own is useless and that he
has to plant something that holds some
meaning.

Most of the people say, We try to meditate but

slip up again and again.

We meditate for two days, but then it stops.

After a few days, we remember again, and then

again, it stops.

Similar is the case with exercise, pranayama,

prayer, and other good habits.

This is not the case with your desires and

passions.

You have never forgotten to be angry, and you

have never forgotten to be greedy, but you have
to remind yourself to meditate.
Try to understand this fact because meditation
and other good habits have to be actively
practised.

(As it says at the start of the book, you have to

build conscious discipline or you will fall into
unconscious self-discipline.)

Every good habit slips away again and again. It

is a seed that has to be sown and taken care of.

Rubbish grows by itself; weeds come up by

themselves.

Know that whatever happens by itself is

worthless.

As long as you live that way, you will attain

nothing.
# Escape The matrix.

This is the state of unconsciousness where you

cannot discriminate between what is useful and
what is useless.

Knowledge is basically the distinction between

the meaningful and the meaningless.

In life, both exist: the flowering shrubs as well

as the weeds.

You will have to distinguish one from the other

based on your own experience.

If your attention gets fixed not on the

meaningful but on the worthless, you wander in
illusion (the matrix).

You have gotten yourself entangled in the trash

of news, social media, and following idiots on
social media pages.

You have made your life around fake news,

social media, politics, porn, and fast food, and
now you are so filled with worries, anxieties,
diseases, and failures just because of the
worthless trash you keep consuming day and
night.
You have no reason to worry about it if you just
keep focusing on your life, building yourself,
and optimising yourself to be better and better
in every dimension—physically, emotionally,
financially, intellectually, etc.

Yes, every reason to be worried and tensed is

borrowed from your Instagram, Twitter, news,
media, their propaganda, and other negative
news.

Indiscrimination is maya (matrix).

Indiscrimination means the inability to

distinguish the diamond from the pebble or truth
and false.

You have to become the jeweller of life,

because that alone leads to the birth of
discrimination.

All that happens by itself is worthless, and that

which refuses to happen in spite of your efforts
is worth attaining.
Don't worry about the
world; just care about
yourself.

Cosmos is non-dual (only darkness and

silence).

Our soul is born out of a non-dual nature

(where there is full completion),

But the earth has duality; everything has a dual

nature here.

She is divine, so she is h0e too.

He is animalistic, so he godly too.
There is day, so there is night too.
There is happiness, so there is sadness too.
There is pleasure, so there is pain too.
There is life, so there is death too.

The problem with humans is that we want to

enjoy only one side of the coin, and that
couldn't be possible on earth.

You are just being sad, depressed, and

hopeless because you don't want to admit the
other side of this coin.

If there is a worst, then only the best exists.

You can't see the best without seeing the worst,

because without seeing the worst,
how can you say something is the best, or
without saying the best, how can you say
something is the worst?

that duality is the eternal nature of the earth.

So accept the world as it is, because without

duality, words can't exist.

In life, nothing is perfect; everything has some

imperfection.

Imperfection means life is still growing and

evolution is still happening.

The day everything is complete will be the worst

day in existence, because that day everything
will become dead.

There will be no growth, no need for evolution;

everything will be stuck.

Don’t look at the imperfections; look at the

beauty that surrounds small imperfections.

It is a change of perspective that brings

patience.

Even something that looks dark today may

prove to be just the beginning of a new dawn.
Before dawn, the night is the darkest.

Try to understand life.

Don't get panicked or worried by seeing news,

politics, degeneracy, or any other things.

Eventually, Everything is going to be better

because it has been going on for centuries,
getting better and better.

There is no need to be worried about tomorrow;

tomorrow is going to be better.

The whole existence is involved in bettering

itself.

But you have to keep bettering yourself;

otherwise, you will fall behind nature.

So keep improving your life and focusing on

yourself and your life; that's the way to have
a great life.
there is No tomorrow to
do right things

Just think.

If your body were going to live for eternity, you

would not live at all; you would have infinity to
postpone everything.

Why build a body today if there is

tomorrow?

Why do pranyam today if there is tomorrow?

Why do learn new skill today if there is

tomorrow?

And if tomorrow is infinite, then why bother?

Why exercise, improve, or build things

today? We will see tomorrow.

Just imagine.

If your bodily life were going to be eternal, your

postponement would become eternal.

You cannot postpone because you are not

certain whether there is going to be any
tomorrow or not.
Nobody knows whether the next breath will
come in or not; hence, only foolish people
postpone.

The wise man lives, and the wise man lives

here now.

He cannot afford postponement because he

knows, only this very moment is mine.

The next moment may or may not be

How can I postpone?

How can I say "tomorrow"?'

The foolish man postpones until tomorrow;

the wise man lives now and do things now.

The wise man knows no other time than now

and no other space than here,

and the foolish man goes into things that could

have been postponed for eternity.

If he is angry, he is living it right now.

If he is horny, he is living it right now.

(Watch porn and fap.)

If he is in the mood for meditation, he still

says, "We will see tomorrow.'
All that is stupid he goes on living, and all that
is luminous he goes on postponing.

The wise man also postpones, but he only

postpones stupid things.

Wise men postpone girls chasing,

partying, social media life, movies, and
all stupid things that will just give
temporary pleasure and long-term pain.
You are here for a limited
time; don't postpone this
self-discipline journey.

Gurdjieff used to say to his disciples,

'When my grandfather died, I was only nine

years old.

He called me close to his deathbed and

whispered in my ear.'

He had tremendous love for this small boy.

He must have seen the potential in the boy.

He whispered in the boy's ears,

'I have nothing to give to you except a simple

piece of advice, and I don't know whether you
will be able to understand it right now or not.

But remember it!

Some day you may become capable and

mature enough to understand it.

Just remember it. And it is simple advice.

If you want to do anything wrong, postpone

it for twenty-four hours.
And if you want to do something right, never
postpone it even for a single moment.

If you want to be angry, violent, aggressive, or

horny, postpone it for twenty-four hours.

If you want to be loving, creative, meditative,

and sharing, do not postpone it even for a
single moment.

Just live it right now, do it right now,

immediately!'

G’s

If you need to read something that you

always want to read, read it right now.

If you want to create something that you

always want to create, build it right now.

If you want to write something, write right

now.

If you want to start a side hustle, start right

now.

If you want to learn any new skills, start

learning right now.
If you want to watch any YouTube video,
postpone it for one day.

If you want to be angry at someone,

postpone it for two days.

If you want to chase girls, postpone it until

you are rich and fit.

If you want to porn and fap, postpone for

life.

Change this whole attitude.

Don't delay what is good.

Work

Pranayam

Exercise

Meditation

Prayer

because good belongs to growth, success,

and happiness.
Scrolling on Social Media

Porn and fap

Gossiping with your friends

Fast food

Delay that which is bad, because the bad

keeps you away from growth, success, and
happiness.

As you always want to live with self-discipline, just

start now and don't postpone it for even a
moment.

Just complete the unshakeable self-discipline

sheet right now.

Don't postpone it. Thank you.
