SUMMARY REPORT
I. OBJECTIVES OF
THE ACTIVITY By the end of the activity, the participants shall be able to:
1. To deliver the State of Barangay Address;
2. To inform the constituents of the financial status,
accomplishments, on-going and plans Program, Projects,
and Activities of the Barangay and the Sangguniang
Kabataan;
3. To render/present committee, and reports; and
4. Discuss other matters.

II. HIGHLIGHTS A. PRELIMINARIES


The Activity started at 10:00 AM, with a opening prayer
led by Mr. Solito P. Rojas followed by the singing of the
Philippine National Anthem led by
Ms. Jesalyn G. Rojas or thru an Audio Visual Presentation.

 The Master of Ceremony, Mr. Solito P. Rojas ,

B. PRESENTATION OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 The State of Barangay Address (SOBA) was rendered by


the Punong Barangay, Hon.
ROBERTO V. CARPIO

C. ISSUES AND CONCERNS RAISED AND RESPONSE


OF THE BARANGAY/BARANGAY OFFICIAL

1. HON. ALBERTO B. BANTAY Barangay


Pamucutan has been proactive in preparing for natural
calamities, particularly flooding. The local government,
under the leadership of Hon. Alberto B. Bantay, has
implemented several measures to enhance disaster
preparedness. These include establishing early warning
systems, conducting regular disaster drills, and creating
evacuation plans. The community has been engaged in
awareness campaigns and training sessions to ensure
that residents are well-informed and ready to respond
effectively during emergencies. These efforts
demonstrate the barangay's commitment to
safeguarding its residents and minimizing the impact of
natural disasters.

HON. EDILBERTO E. EDIL


Reported that Barangay Pamucutan has launched a
solar streetlight project to improve public safety and
energy efficiency. By installing solar-powered
streetlights, the barangay aims to provide reliable
lighting in public areas, enhancing security during
nighttime and reducing the risk of accidents. This project
not only ensures well-lit streets but also promotes
sustainable energy use, reducing the community's
carbon footprint and electricity costs. The initiative
reflects the barangay's commitment to adopting eco-
friendly solutions while improving the quality of life for its
residents.

HON. MELANIE C. ABELLA Reported that Barangay


Pamucutan has established a Violence Against Women
(VAW) Desk to provide support and protection to
women facing domestic violence and abuse. This
dedicated desk offers counseling, legal assistance, and
a safe space for women to report incidents and seek
help.

Additionally, the barangay has initiated various


livelihood programs for women, including food
processing workshops. These programs empower
women by equipping them with skills to start small
businesses, generate income, and achieve financial
independence. Through these efforts, Barangay
Pamucutan is committed to promoting gender equality,
supporting women's rights, and fostering economic
development within the community.

HON. ROSALYN A. ABDUL (BCPC) Chair committee


have reported that Barangay Pamucutan has established
the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children
(BCPC) to safeguard the rights and welfare of children in
the community. The BCPC focuses on creating a safe
and nurturing environment for children by implementing
programs that address their needs in education, health,
and protection from abuse and exploitation. The council
conducts regular outreach activities, educational
campaigns, and health services to ensure the holistic
development and well-being of every child in the
barangay. Through these efforts, the BCPC plays a
crucial role in fostering a supportive and protective
community for the younger generation.

HON LEO F. MENDOZA (COM. AGREECULTURE)


The Committee on Agriculture in Barangay Pamucutan
plays a vital role in promoting agricultural development
and sustainability within the community. This committee
is responsible for implementing programs and initiatives
that support local farmers, enhance agricultural
productivity, and ensure food security. Activities include
providing training and resources on modern farming
techniques, distributing seeds and fertilizers, and
facilitating access to markets for agricultural produce. By
focusing on improving agricultural practices and
supporting the livelihood of farmers, the Committee on
Agriculture aims to boost the local economy and promote
sustainable development in Barangay Pamucutan.

HON CARLOS M. SERNA JR. (BADAC COM. CHAIR)


The Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council (BADAC) of
Barangay Pamucutan is dedicated to addressing and
mitigating drug-related issues within the community.
BADAC implements comprehensive programs focused
on drug prevention, rehabilitation, and education. These
initiatives include community awareness campaigns,
drug-free activities, and coordination with law
enforcement agencies to monitor and curb illegal drug
activities. BADAC also provides support and
rehabilitation services for individuals affected by drug
abuse, helping them reintegrate into society. Through
these efforts, Barangay Pamucutan is committed to
creating a drug-free and safe environment for all its
residents.

HON. ROGER G. CAGUIMBAL (BPOC)The Peace and


Order Committee in Barangay Pamucutan is tasked with
maintaining peace, security, and safety within the
community. This committee works closely with local law
enforcement agencies to implement measures that
prevent crime, resolve conflicts, and ensure public order.
Activities include organizing patrols, setting up
neighborhood watch programs, and conducting seminars
on crime prevention and community safety. The
committee also engages in mediation efforts to address
and resolve disputes among residents. Through these
initiatives, the Peace and Order Committee aims to
create a secure and harmonious environment for
everyone in Barangay Pamucutan.

SOLITO P. ROJAS (BRGY TREASURER )

Barangay Treasurer Mr. Solito P. Rojas has announced


several upcoming projects aimed at enhancing the
infrastructure and overall development of Barangay
Pamucutan. Key projects include the concreting of
roads, which will improve transportation and accessibility
within the barangay, and the installation of solar street
lights to ensure safer, well-lit streets while promoting
energy efficiency. Additionally, other Programs, Projects,
and Activities (PPAs) are planned to further uplift the
community. These initiatives reflect the barangay's
commitment to progress and are expected to
significantly contribute to the area's growth and
modernization
