Education MBA (Finance) / CA / Graduate with CFA/CAIA

Role & responsibilities 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap:

 Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for
unlisted products.
 Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, aligning
with business objectives and market demands.
2. Market Research:
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive
landscape, and customer needs related to unlisted
products.
 Utilize insights to make informed decisions on product
positioning and features.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
 Work closely with cross-functional teams including
development, marketing, sales, and customer support to
ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
 Foster collaboration and effective communication among
team members.
4. Product Development:
 Lead the end-to-end product development process,
collaborating with the development team to define
specifications, features, and functionalities.
 Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely
delivery of high-quality features.
5. Product Performance Analysis:
 Monitor and analyse key product performance metrics.
 Implement strategies for continuous improvement based
on data-driven insights.
6. Stakeholder Management:
 Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather
feedback and understand market requirements.
 Effectively communicate product updates and milestones
to stakeholders.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
 Ensure that unlisted products comply with relevant
industry regulations and standards.
 Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust
product strategies accordingly.
Location Kalina , Mumbai (Work From Office)
Requisites  Strong analytical and Problem-solving and decision-making
skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
