Sub:- Removal of encroachment of my land by

B. Amsa and Balu @ Balakrishnan, residing at
Chokkamman Koil Street, Thirukazhukundram

I am the absolute and exclusive owner of the property

situated at No.44, Irumbuli Village, Chokkamman Koil Street,

Thirukazhukundram, comprised in Grama Natham Survey No.

67/19, Block No.41, new Survey No. 67/41 (as per patta No.63

Grama Natham Old Survey No. 67/19,) measuring an extent of

1076 sq.feet having been purchased by me under Sale Deed dated

29.05.2015 bearing Document No. 3321 of 2015 registered on the

file of the Sub Registrar, Thirukazhukundram. I further state that

ever since the date of my purchase, I have been in absolute

possession, occupation and enjoyment of the above said property

without any hindrance or interruptions of whatsoever nature.

2. I further state that while so, the above said B. Amsa and Balu

@ Balakrishnan, residing at Chokkamman Koil Street,

Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District have encroached

the frontage of the property i.e. the land between my property and

Prathakshina Pattai and thereby causing interference in my peaceful

enjoyment of the said property. I further state that because of the

encroachment made by the above said persons I am not able to

start my construction work on my patta land for more than four

years and I do not have path way to my patta land. When I asked

the above said persons to remove the encroachment made by

them, the above said persons abused me with vulgar words

3. I further state that in spite of several complaints made by me

before you and the police officials, you have not taken any action to

remove the encroachment made by the above said persons in

respect of land comprised in Old Survey No. 67/19, Part, New

Survey No. 67/41, Irumbuli village, which land belongs to

Arulmighu Vedhagireeswar Thirukkoil and thereby I have been

deprived of my right to have access to my patta land purchased for

valuable consideration. I further state that having transferred patta

in my name and having obtained electricity service connection and

also paying property tax promptly to the statutory authorities, I am

not able to use the land.

Therefore I humbly request you to remove the encroachment

made by the above said Amsa and Balu @ Balakrishnan, in respect

of land comprised in Old Survey No. 67/19, Part, New Survey No.

67/41, Irumbuli village, which land belongs to Arulmighu

Vedhagireeswar Thirukkoil and thereby to have access to my patta

land namely comprised in Grama Natham Survey No. 67/19, Block

No.41, new Survey No. 67/41 (as per patta No.63 Grama Natham

Old Survey No. 67/19,) measuring an extent of 1076 sq.feet at the

earliest and oblige.
