The National Collegiate Athletic Association, Philippines (NCAA, Phil.) is in its 99 th Season.
One of its major events is the Track and Field Competitions, set to take place on June 6 – 8,
2024, at the PhilSports Arena Track Oval. Once again, it is expected to generate a lot of attention
in expectation of high quality performances from the NCAA athletes.

In this light, I have the pleasure to invite you as the NCAA’s guest of honor in the opening
