A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BINMALEY EVACUATION CENTER, BINMALEY

AUDITORIUM, AND LOMBOY TEEN CENTER AS YOUTH FACILITIES FOR SPORTS AND
EDUCATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINMALEY, PANGASINAN, PHILIPPINES,
SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS

WHEREAS, Republic Act 10742, also known as the 2015 SK Reform Act, ensures broad
and multi-sectoral youth participation in governance; a local youth development council
has been established to assist in the planning and execution of projects and programs of
the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) and Pederasyon at all levels;

WHEREAS, the BINMALEY EVACUATION CENTER, BINMALEY AUDITORIUM, AND

LOMBOY TEEN CENTER will be used by the young student-athletes and coaches for
trainings in basketball and volleyball tournament in preparation and during sports
competition;

BE IT RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to ADOPT THE BINMALEY EVACUATION

CENTER, BINMALEY AUDITORIUM, AND LOMBOY TEEN CENTER AS YOUTH FACILITIES
FOR SPORTS AND EDUCATION IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BINMALEY, PANGASINAN,
PHILIPPINES, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS:

1. The BINMALEY EVACUATION CENTER, BINMALEY AUDITORIUM, AND LOMBOY TEEN

CENTER will be used by the student athletes and coaches for trainings in basketball and
volleyball tournament in preparation and during sports competition according to the
specified calendared date schedule only;

2. The student-athletes and coaches will use the BINMALEY EVACUATION CENTER,
BINMALEY AUDITORIUM, AND LOMBOY TEEN CENTER free of charge, subject to the
payment of minimal fee and charges for the use of its facilities;

3. The school should be in-charge of the upkeep of the surroundings and the facilities after
the trainings and to pay a minimal fees for its maintenance.

4. The LGU-Binmaley has the right to suspend their trainings in the event that the youth
facilities will be used for any event by the LGU-Binmaley.

NOW, THEREFORE, on motion of Mr. Ryan S. Fabia, seconded by Hon. Jeremiah V.

Ferrer;

LET COPIES of this resolution be furnished, the Municipal Mayor, Municipal Administrator
and SK Chairpersons for their information.
