 Establishing a systematic way to create plans that respond to students’
changing needs and circumstances
 Using data to track service utilization, inform plan revisions, understand
student outcomes, and catalyze or improve whole school programs focused
on the non-instructional needs of students
 In some cases, using data to help school and municipal leaders identify and
respond to gaps in services

I was assigned as the Science Coordinator for this School Year. With this
designation, I am expected to initiate, coordinate, and collaborate with parents,
colleagues, school heads, and other stakeholders.
I will believe that this designation has a great impact on the teaching and
learning process as it aims to bridge the learning gap in Science. Science is one
of the subjects in the curriculum that needs to be improved and emphasized in
the teaching-learning process. Making sure that no learners will be left behind is
the main goal.

teachers.

members to different tasks pertaining to the teaching process. Good leadership
and productive relationships will rely on my duty as a classroom teacher. It will
be more in managing my class.

This made me also discover my potential which reflected my teachings in

my box. I was able to also apply the knowledge I have been imparted to my class.
