1.1 Excavation
Excavation in all kinds of soils except hard rock & boulders, including manual or
mechanical excavation, provisional depositing on bank/disposal at 5km lead, back
filling, dewatering, shoring, strutting, compacting of soil etc. with all lead and lifts of Cum. 2871 98.54 282,926.03

1.2 Embankment on sides

Construction of earthen embankment on the banks of collection pond on all 4 sides
with approved excavated material or material from borrow pits, with all leads and lift,
including watering, consolidating and dressing sides, compacting, preparation of side
slope, etc. complete including all material and labour as per drawing and as directed by Cum. 329 1167.95 384,255.55

1.3 Stone Pitching on sides of pond

Laying dry stone pitching of 250mm layer thickness, rate inclusive of preparation of
bedding surface with 150mm thick compacted granular bedding over well compacted
soil sides, excavation, preparation of side slope including ramming, watering,
consolidating & dressing with (1:5:10) concrete and top flush pointing in CM (1:6) etc. Sqm. 1869 3500.00 6,540,271.54
complete including all material and labour as per drawing and as directed by engineer
in charge.

1.4 Sub grade for floor slab

Rolling and consolidation of subgrade surface with use of 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller
to make surface ready for murrum filling, dressing to the required lines, curves, grade
and section, watering and compaction to 97% of standard proctor density in accordance Sqm. 982 1167.95 1,147,056.67
with MORT&H specification.

1.5 Providing and laying plain cement concrete of mix 1:3:6 over well compacted soil for
all depths including shuttering, ramming, curing etc. complete with all leads and lifts as Cum. 84.6 4354.34 368,413.11

1.6 Supply and placing in position to lines and levels in situ concrete of grade M25 with
approved admixtures for rectangular drains in all heights and depths, types and size,
including watering, placing (pouring), necessary scaffolding, staging, hoisting,
formwork, leaving pockets for the pipe flanges, sockets, etc. as directed keeping drip Cum. 237 7952.53 1,882,406.24
