PRACTICAL ADVICE – IN PREPARATION FOR THE DAY ITSELF

Drinks:

Generally speaking, it is best not to serve drinks until after the ceremony. Drinks, in my
opinion, should be put aside during the ceremony. (It looks undignified, and it’s hard to clap
with a drink in your hand.

About the Ceremony:

The ceremony may be as formal or informal as you like it to be. The Ceremony party may
range in number from three; the Couple and Celebrant, to any number of additional attendants.

If you are choosing an outdoor wedding venue make sure you have an in in-door alternative in
case of bad weather. We advise that the ceremony be conducted “down wind” for better
acoustics.

~ Thank you ~
