2. Applications
Bar bending machine is used for straightening and bending TMT bars used on
construction projects. It can semi-automatically complete the straightening, sizing, bending
and other processes. The end products can be any size and shape as per customer
requirement and the production quantity also can be set.

The bar bending machine is very easy to use and it is also convenient which means you
can use it whenever and however you want. This machine is used in the construction
industry. It speeds up the amount of time it takes to bend the rebar. There are multiple
types of machines that you can choose from. The size of the machine is going to depend on
how much rebar you need to bend.

Bending the rod allows the worker to focus on all other aspects of the job, allowing the
device to do the tedious work. Here are the advantages of the bar bending machine:

• Performs bending operations in a structured manner.

• It increases the speed of work, which shortens the overall time.
• It gives more time to work on other structure-related areas.
• The machines are portable, which allows you to carry them whenever and wherever
you require.
• The machine helps to bend the structure accurately.
• It can be bent into various arcs from 1 to 180 degrees for different design purposes.
• Bar bending machines can bend all kinds of TMT bars with respective size limitations.
