CHECK IN/OUT TIME

Our check-in and check-out times are 01:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively.
EARLY ARRIVALS
The availability of early check-in and late check-out is severely limited and is available for an extra fee.

PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION
At the time of check-in, all guests are required by law to present identifications. The guest's driving
license, passport, voter ID card, or Aadhaar card (for Indian citizens), or their passport (for foreign
nationals) these all may serve as proof of identity. Pan Card is not accepted.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Please give the reception at least one day's prior notice if you plan to check out before your scheduled
departure date in order to avoid being charged a retention fee.

CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 5 years old are free to stay in their parents' room. Ages beyond five are charged Rs.1000
plus taxes for breakfast and extra mattress.

VISITOR POLICY
For guest safety we do not allow visitors in the room. Visitors can meet guest in the Farm Fresh
restaurant/ Spice Lounge.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Rooms Bookings:
• The advance is not refundable.
• Cancellations made 30 or more days before check in date, 100% amount can be given to utilize
for next booking.
• No shows and cancellations made 0 to 07 days in advance will incur 100% charge of the
booking.
• The advance amount can be utilized in any of the Byke Properties with 90 days from the date of
actual event and prior booking.
• Re-consideration/Adjustment is subject to approval from Management even with availability of
the Hall / Venue / Rooms. The rates may vary.
