and Health Officer, Ananthapuramu is herewith communicated to all the Medical Officers
of PHCs, PP Units / UPHCs in the district and instructed to relieve the employees who are
working on deputation/work arrangement basis immediately and submit compliance report
without fail. If any lapses noticed the concerned Medical Officer / DDO will be held
responsible for further consequences.
