by ( Mr. Mohamed Salem , Egyption Passport No (A22638637) have entered into a contract in
the following terms:

1) Duration

2) Fee
Only the customer can remunerate the players' agent for the work done.
The players' agent will receive a commission amounting to 10% of gross salary as compensation for
the contracts negotiated in the following terms:

- Annual payments for each contract year

3) Exclusive
The parties agree that the rights of employment are effectively transferred
Exclusive IN Saudi / Egypt
4) Other agreements
Any other agreement with the principles contained in the Players' Agents Regulations
will be included in this contract and filed-with in the National Federation of competence.
--TWO PARTIES AGREED TO EXTEND THIS CONTRACT FOR 2 YEARS IN CASE OF SIGNING A
CONTRACT WITH SAUDI CLUB IN THE PERIOD OF THE MANDATE
