IIM Kozhikode pioneered its executive education through Interactive Learning (IL) for working executives in the
Asia Pacific region way back in 2001. The two-year EXECUTIVE POST GRADUATE PROGRAMME IN MANAGEMENT
for working professionals offered on the Interactive Learning Platform was conceived to enable the working
executives equip themselves with unique skill sets, specialised knowledge and sound judgement. The
programme has grown in reputation, quality and recognition from industry over the years. With a current
batch size of 600 plus students, the programme is delivered through the technology platform of TimesPro
(A division of Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd).

The programme delivers three types of courses over a period of two years. In the first year, the programme,
offers ‘core courses’ in General Management. Whilst, in the second year, the programme offers a bouquet of
‘elective courses’ from different functional areas. In addition to the elective courses, the secon d year also
offers ‘advanced compulsory courses’ in Leadership and Corporate Accountability, International Business,
Simulation and Business Plan. Participants can attend the classes from one of any 70 classroom centres
spread over 45 cities in India. Three modules of the programme will be held in-campus at Kozhikode. The
in-campus modules will be scheduled at the start of the programme, at the beginning of the second year
and at the end of the second year.

On successful completion of the programme, participants would be awarded the title “Master of Business
Administration”.
