COUNCIL OF VILLARICA, MIDSAYAP, COTABATO HELD ON AT 2:00 O’CLOCK IN THE
AFTERNOON.

A RESOLUTION RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING THE HONORABLE MAYOR OF THE MUNICIPALITY

OF MIDSAYAP TO SEEK FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR THE INSTALLATION OF ADDITIONAL
ONE-SPAN CANOPY AT THE BARANGAY VILLARICA MULTI-PURPOSE COVERED COURT.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Villarica has an existing multi-purpose covered

court that was constructed in the early 2000s and has not been funded or
improved for years;

WHEREAS, such project can be used as the venue for all occasions like
sports and socio-cultural development program, as a center for fiesta
celebration, and a place where barangay can hold meetings, conferences,
seminars, or other social cultural gatherings;

WHEREAS, the barangay faces a shortage of funds necessary to carry out

the installation of additional one-span canopy at the Barangay Villarica
multi-purpose covered court, thus prompting this appeal for assistance;

WHEREAS, on motion of Hon. Kagawad Leonardo I. Lopez, unanimously

seconded by Barangay Council Members present;

NOW, THEREFORE, the assembled Sangguniang Barangay, in session, hereby

resolves to request the Honorable Mayor Rolando C. Sacdalan of the
Municipality of Midsayap to allocate funds for the installation of
additional one-span canopy at the Barangay Villarica multi-purpose covered
court;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the

office of Honorable Rolando C. Sacdalan, Mayor, Municipality of Midsayap,
for his awareness, favorable consideration, and guidance;

RESOLVED FURTHERMORE, that the copy of the program of works of the

said rehabilitation of Brgy. Villarica multi-purpose covered court;

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
