InsuranceCard, issued by an insurance ‫ﻞﻤﺤﺘﯾﻭ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻻﺍ ﻒﻴﺎﻟﻜﺗ رﺍﺪﺻﺇ‬, ‫ﺓﺪﻤﺘﻌﻣ ﻦﻣ ﺓرﺍزﻭ ﺔﺤﺼﻟﺍ‬

4. Termination Of Contract: :‫ ﺀﺎﻬﻧﺇ ﺪﻘﻋ ﻞﻤﻋ‬.4

A. This contractmay be terminated,after :‫ﻦﻜﻤﯾ ﺀﺎﻬﻧﺇ ﺍﺬﻫ ﺪﻘﻌﻟﺍ ﺪﻌﺑ ﺓﺪﻣ رﺎﺒﺘﺧﻹﺍ ﺎﻘﻓﻭ ﺎﻤﻟ ﻲﻠﯾ‬ .‫أ‬
completing the probation period under the
following conditions:
i. By either party at any time upon (30) ‫ﻦﻣ ﻞﺒﻗ ﺪﺣأ ﻦﻴﻓﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﺀﺎﻄﻋﺈﺑ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﺮﺧﻵﺍ ﺍرﺎﻌﺷﺇ ﺎﻴﻄﺧ ﻪﺗﺪﻣ‬ .i

damages caused in accordance with

ii. By the First Party without notice, if ‫ﻥذﺇ ﻭأ ﻥﻭﺪﺑ ﺐﺒﺳ ﻉﻭﺮﺸﻣ ﺮﺜﻛأ ﻦﻣ ﺪﺣﺍﻭ ﻦﯾﺮﺸﻋﻭ ﺎﻣﻮﯾ ﺔﻌﻄﻘﺘﻣ‬

A. The Second Party upon completion of one‫ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ‬ or ‫ﻖﺤﺘﺴﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﺪﻨﻋ ﻝﺎﻤﻛﺇ ﺔﻨﺳ ﻭأ ﺮﺜﻛأ ﻲﻓ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﻯﺪﻟ‬ .‫أ‬

calculated according to the basic wage as
follows:
‫ﺎﻣﻮﯾً ﻦﻋ ﻞﻛ ﺔﻨﺳ ﻦﻣ تﺍﻮﻨﺳ ﺔﻣﺪﺨﻟﺍ‬ (21) ‫• ﺮﺟأ ﺪﺣﺍﻭ ﻦﯾﺮﺸﻋﻭ‬
• Twenty-one (21) days' wages for each ،‫ﺲﻤﺨﻟﺍ ﻰﻟﻭﻷﺍ‬
year of the first five years of service,

(33) of 2021 regarding Employment ،‫ﺔﻣﺪﺨﻟﺍ‬ ‫ﺔﯾﺎﻬﻧ‬ ‫تﺎﻗﻼﻋ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﻲﻓ ﺔﻟﻭد تﺍرﺎﻣﻹﺍ ﺎﻤﻴﻓ ﻖﻠﻌﺘﯾ ﺓﺄﻓﺎﻜﻤﺑ‬
.‫ﺎﻫﺮﻴﻏﻭ ﻦﻣ طﻭﺮﺸﻟﺍ ﻲﺘﻟﺍ ﻢﻟ ﺺﻨﯾ ﺎﻬﻴﻠﻋ ﻲﻓ ﺍﺬﻫ ﺪﻘﻌﻟﺍ‬
Relationship shall be applicable in respect of

6. Working Hours & Overtimes: :‫ ﺕﺎﻋﺎﺳ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍﻭ ﻲﻓﺎﺿﻹﺍ‬.6

A. The normal working hours will be maximum ‫ﺔﻋﺎﺳ‬of

48 ‫تﺎﻋﺎﺳ ﺎﻴﻣﻮﯾ ﺪﺤﺑ ﻰﺼﻗأ ﻭأ‬8 ‫ﻥﻮﻜﺗ تﺎﻋﺎﺳ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﺔﯾدﺎﻌﻟﺍ‬ .‫أ‬
8 hours daily or 48 hours a week. A one-hour
‫ﻲﻓ ﻉﻮﺒﺳﻷﺍ ﺔﻓﺎﺿﺇ ﻰﻟﺇ ﺓﺮﺘﻓ ﺔﺣﺍﺮﺘﺳﺇ ﺀﺍﺪﻐﻠﻟ ﺔﺟرﺎﺧ ﻦﻋ تﺎﻋﺎﺳ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ‬
meal break outside the working hours shall be .‫ﺎﻬﺗﺪﻣﻭ ﺔﻋﺎﺳ ﺓﺪﺣﺍﻭ‬
provided during a shift.

B. The normal hours of work shall be reduced by‫ ﻢﺘﯾ ﺾﻴﻔﺨﺗ تﺎﻋﺎﺳ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﺔﯾدﺎﻌﻟﺍ ﻦﻴﺘﻋﺎﺳ ﻝﻼﺧ ﺮﻬﺷ ﻥﺎﻀﻣر‬.‫ب‬

C. The number of actual hours of overtime shall

A. The Second Party shall be entitled for paid :‫ﺢﻨﻤﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﺓزﺎﺟﺇ ﺔﯾﻮﻨﺳ ﺔﻋﻮﻓﺪﻣ ﺮﺟﻷﺍ ﻰﻠﻋ ﻮﺤﻨﻟﺍ ﻲﺎﻟﺘﻟﺍ‬ .‫أ‬
annual leave as follow:

i. 2 days for each month if the Second ‫ﻥﺎﻣﻮﯾ ﻦﻋ ﻞﻛ ﺮﻬﺷ ﺍذﺇ ﺖﻧﺎﻛ ﺓﺪﻣ ﻪﺘﻣﺪﺧ ﺪﯾﺰﺗ ﻦﻋ ﺔﺘﺳ ﺮﻬﺷأ ﻞﻘﺗﻭ‬

Holidays as announced by the Authorities for .‫تﺎﻄﻠﺴﻟﺍ ﻉﺎﻄﻘﻠﻟ صﺎﺨﻟﺍ ﻊﻣ دﺍﺪﺳ ﺮﺟﻷﺍ ﻼﻣﺎﻛ‬
the Private Sector with full pay.

C. The Second Party will be entitled to 15 days‫ﺎﻣﻮﯾ ﺔﻋﻮﻓﺪﻣ ﺮﺟﻷﺍ ﻲﻓﻭ‬15 ‫ ﺢﻨﻤﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﺓزﺎﺟﺇ ﺔﻴﺿﺮﻣ ﺎﻬﺗﺪﻣ‬.‫ت‬
sick leave on full pay and in case of exceeding
. ‫ﺎﻣﻮﯾ‬30 ‫ﺔﺎﻟﺣ ﺎﻬﺗدﺎﯾز ﻦﻋ ﻚﻟذ ﻖﺤﺘﺴﯾ ﻒﺼﻧ ﺮﺟﻷﺍ ﺎﻤﻴﻓ ﻻ زﻭﺎﺠﺘﯾ‬

‫ﻚﻠﺗﻭ ﻲﺘﻟﺍ ﺎﻬﻴﻠﺗ طﺮﺸﺑﻭ ﻻأ ﻞﻘﺗ ﺓﺪﻣ ﺎﻬﺘﻣﺪﺧ ﻯﺪﻟ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻻﺍ ﻦﻋ ﺔﻨﺳ‬
the period followingher confinement,on ‫ﻥﻮﻜﺗﻭ ﺓزﺎﺟﺇ ﻊﺿﻮﻟﺍ ﻒﺼﻨﺑ ﺮﺟﺍ ﺍذﺇ ﻢﻟ ﻦﻜﺗ ﺔﻠﻣﺎﻌﻟﺍ ﺪﻗ ﺖﻀﻣأ ﺓﺪﻤﻟﺍ‬

business affairs, finances, products, formulae,
‫ﻭأ ﺔﻠﻤﻌﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ ﺔﻄﺳﺍﻮﺑ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻲﺘﻟﺍﻭ ﺐﺟﻮﺘﯾ ﻰﻠﻋ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ‬
processes, working methods, inventions or . ‫ﺀﺎﻘﺑﻹﺍ ﺎﻬﻴﻠﻋ ﺓرﻮﺼﺑ ﺔﯾﺮﺳ‬
applications and/or intellectual property used,
owned or employed by the First Party which
the Second Party is obliged to hold
confidential.

B. The Second Party shall not during or after‫ﻭأ‬the

‫ ﻻ زﻮﺠﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻠﻟ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻝﻼﺧ ﻭأ ﺪﻌﺑ ﺀﺎﻬﺘﻧﺍ ﺓﺮﺘﻓ ﺪﻘﻌﻟﺍ ﻥأ ﻒﺸﻜﯾ‬.‫ب‬

or ‫ﻭأ ﺞﻣﺍﺮﺒﻟﺍ ﻭ صﺍﺮﻗﻷﺍ ﻭ‬, ‫تﺎﻴﻗﺎﻔﺗﻹﺍ‬, ‫ﺮﯾرﺎﻘﺘﻟﺍ‬, ‫ﻞﺋﺎﺳﺮﻟﺍ‬
copies of any document or material; including
‫ﻭأ طﺎﺳﻭأ ﻦﯾﺰﺨﺘﻟﺍ ﻭ ﺞﻣﺍﺮﺑ ﻞﻴﻐﺸﺘﻟﺍ ﻯﺮﺧﻷﺍ ﻭأ ﺎﻫﺮﻴﻏ ﻦﻣ‬, ‫ﺔﻄﻨﻐﻤﻤﻟﺍ‬
facsimiles, telexes, letters, reports, ‫تﺍﺪﻨﺘﺴﻤﻟﺍ ﻭ تﺎﻧﺎﻴﺒﻟﺍ ﻦﻣ ﻱأ ﺔﻌﻴﺒﻃ ﻲﺘﻟﺍ ﻦﻤﻀﺘﺗ تﺎﻣﻮﻠﻌﻣ ﺔﯾﺮﺳ ﺍذﺇﻭ‬
agreements, programs, magnetic tapes, disc, ‫ﺎﻣ ﻥﺎﻛ ﻲﻓ ﺓزﻮﺣ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﺪﻨﻋ ﺀﺎﻬﺘﻧﺇ ﻪﻔﻴﻇﻮﺗ ﺔﯾأ ﻝﻮﺻأ ﻭأ ﺦﺴﻧ‬
other software store media, other documents,‫ ﻪﻧﺎﻓ ﺎﻬﻤﻠﺴﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻠﻟ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ‬،‫ﻦﻋ ﻩﺬﻫ تﺎﻧﺎﻴﺒﻟﺍ ﺎﻤﻬﻣ ﺖﻧﺎﻛ ﺎﻤﻛ ﺮﻛذ ﻩﻼﻋأ‬
data or whatever nature containing .‫ﺍرﻮﻓ‬
confidential information. On the termination of
his/her employment, the Second Party is in
possession or any originals or copies of such
data of whatever as aforesaid he/she shall
deliver the same to the First Party.

D. The restrictions stated in Clause B & C shall

employment till the Second Party leaves the
Country.

E. The Second Party shall promptly disclose ‫ﻦﻋ‬in ‫ ﺐﺠﯾ ﻰﻠﻋ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻡﺎﻴﻘﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﻋ رﻮﻔﻟﺍ رﺎﻄﺧﺈﺑ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ‬.‫ج‬
confidenceto the First Party all works, ‫ﻞﻛ ﻝﺎﻤﻋﻷﺍ ﻭأ تﺎﻋﺍﺮﺘﺧﻻﺍ ﻭأ تﺎﻓﺎﺸﺘﻛﻻﺍ ﻭأ تﺎﻘﯾﺪﺼﺘﻟﺍ ﻭأ تﺎﻨﻴﺴﺤﺘﻟﺍ‬
inventions, discoveries, designs or ‫ﻲﺘﻟﺍ ﻑﻮﺳ ﻞﻜﺸﺗ ﺔﻴﻜﻠﻣ ﺔﯾﺮﻜﻓ ﻢﺗ ﺮﻴﻜﻔﺘﻟﺍ ﺎﻬﺑ ﻭأ ﺎﻫرﻮﺼﺗ ﻭأ ﺎﻫﺅﺍدأ‬

F. The Second Party will be responsible during ‫ ﻡﺰﺘﻠﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻝﻼﺧ ﺓﺮﺘﻓ ﻪﻠﻤﻋ ﻭأ ﺪﻌﺑ ﺀﺎﻬﺘﻧﻹﺍ ﻦﻣ ﻪﻠﻤﻋ ﻯﺪﻟ‬.‫ح‬
his/her working period or after termination‫ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻥأ ﻡﺪﻘﯾ ﻪﻟ ﻞﻛ ﺓﺪﻋﺎﺴﻣ ﺪﻗ ﺎﻬﺟﺎﺘﺤﯾ تﺎﺒﺛﻹ ﻪﻗﻮﻘﺣ ﻯﺪﻟ‬
from the First Party; to provide the First Party
‫ﺮﻴﻐﻟﺍ ﺔﯾﺎﻤﺣﻭ ﻪﺤﺎﻟﺼﻣ ﻚﻟﺬﻛﻭ ﻢﯾﺪﻘﺗ ﺓدﺎﻬﺸﻟﺍ رﺍﺮﻗﻹﺍﻭ ﺀﺎﻨﺑ ﻰﻠﻋ ﺐﻠﻃ‬
with any assistance which he may need to‫ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻲﻓ تﺎﺒﺛﺇ ﻪﻗﻮﻘﺣ ﻪﺘﻴﻜﻠﻣﻭ ﻱﻷ ﻕﻮﻘﺣ ﻭأ ﺢﺎﻟﺼﻣ ﺔﯾدﺎﻣ ﻭأ‬
prove his rights with the third parties and to .‫ﺔﯾﻮﻨﻌﻣ ﻡﺎﻣأ تﺎﻬﺠﻟﺍ ﺔﻴﺋﺎﻀﻘﻟﺍ ﻭأ ﺔﯾرﺍدﻹﺍ‬
protecthis interestsand to submit the
evidenceand declaration pursuantto the
request of the First Party to prove his rights
and his title to any rights or materiality or moral
interestsbeforeany judicialadministrative
authorities.

G. The Second Party may work at the same field ً‫ زﻮﺠﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﻠﻟ ﻲﻧﺎﺜﻟﺍ ﻞﻤﻌﻟﺍ ﻲﻓ ﺲﻔﻧ ﻝﺎﺠﻣ ﻞﻤﻋ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍﺍﺪﻬﻌﺘﻣ‬.‫خ‬
of the First Party undertaking not to compete ‫ﻡﺪﻌﺑ ﺔﺴﻓﺎﻨﻣ ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻭأ ﻥأ ﺪﻋﺎﺴﯾ ﻱأ ﺺﺨﺷ ﺮﺧﺁ ﺔﺴﻓﺎﻨﻤﻟ‬
with the First Party or to support any other ‫ﻑﺮﻄﻟﺍ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻲﻓ ﻱأ ﻦﻣ تﺎﻛﺮﺸﻟﺍ ﺔﻠﻣﺎﻌﻟﺍ ﻲﻓ ﻖﻃﺎﻨﻤﻟﺍ ﺔﯾدﺎﺼﺘﻗﻻﺍ‬
person to compete with the First Party in (1) any‫ﺔﻌﺑﺎﺘﻟﺍ ﺔﻄﻠﺴﻟ ﻲﺑد ﻖﻃﺎﻨﻤﻠﻟ ﺔﯾدﺎﺼﺘﻗﻻﺍ ﺔﻠﻣﺎﻜﺘﻤﻟﺍ ﺓﺪﻤﻟ ﻻ ﺪﯾﺰﺗ ﻦﻋ‬
of the companies operating in the economic ‫ ﻭأ ﺐﻜﺗﺮﯾ ﻞﻌﻓ ﺪﻗ ﺮﻀﯾ ﻑﺮﻄﺎﻟﺑ ﻝﻭﻷﺍ ﻭأ ﻪﺗﺎﻃﺎﺸﻧ ﺀﺍﻮﺳ‬،‫ﺔﻨﺳ ﺓﺪﺣﺍﻭ‬
zones under Dubai IntegratedEconomic ‫ﻖﺒﻄﻨﯾ ﺍﺬﻫ ﺪﻨﺒﻟﺍ ﻰﻠﻋ ﻦﻴﻔﻇﻮﻤﻟﺍ ﻦﯾﺬﻟﺍ‬. ‫ﻞﻜﺸﺑ ﺮﺷﺎﺒﻣ ﻭأ ﺮﻴﻏ ﺮﺷﺎﺒﻣ‬
Zones Authority for a period not exceeding (1) . ‫ﻥﻮﻠﻐﺸﯾ ﺐﺻﺎﻨﻣ ﺔﯾرﺍدﺇ ﺎﻴﻠﻋ ﻂﻘﻓ‬
