Subject:- Application for transferring of admission to PHD and refund of admission fee of 3rd
sem.

Respected Sir/Madam

With most humble and venerable request, I Mohd Yasir bearing roll no. 23, session (2022-
24), a student of Poonch College of Education wants to state that :

A) I have recently been selected for admission into the Ph.D. program at [Department of
Economics, University of Jammu], which is a significant academic opportunity for me.
Due to the demanding nature of my Ph.D. studies and the associated commitments, I find
it necessary to focus my efforts exclusively on this research endeavor. Consequently, I am
unable to continue my concurrent enrollment in the B.Ed. program. I am excited about the
prospect of pursuing my Ph.D. and am committed to dedicating my full attention to this
academic pursuit. So I want to transfer my admission to PHD admission.
B) I am writing to formally request a refund of my admission fees for the B.Ed program at
[Poonch College of Education]. I was admitted to the B.Ed program in [2022] and had
initially planned to pursue both my B.Ed and Ph.D. simultaneously. However, due to
unforeseen circumstances and commitments related to my Ph.D. program, I am unable to
continue with my B.Ed studies at this time. I am grateful for the opportunity to have been
admitted to the B.Ed program at [Poonch College of Education, University of Jammu],
and I regret that I will not be able to complete my studies in this program as originally
intended. I understand the university's policies regarding admission fee refunds and
would like to formally request a refund of the admission fees I paid for the B.Ed program
of 3rd sem which I paid on 8th of sept 2023. As per guidelines of UGC order [D.O No.
F.2-71/2022(CP-II) Dated: 3 July 2023], I can get my amount after the admission in the
course.

Kindly grant me my refund and also transfer my admission to the DRS and [Department
of Economics] University of Jammu and oblige. All the documents are duly attached.
