RESUME

Vocational training requires in-company training. As a result, we were admitted as interns by the
company DANGOTE CEMENT CAMEROON SA which is a company manufacturing, marketing
and transporting cement by land.

It was in the transport department that we carried out our academic internship for two months
and during which we opted for the theme: <<<<< the optimization of the management of a truck
stop in an industrial company: case of DANGOTE CEMENT CAMEROON S.A>>.

To develop this theme, in the first chapter we present the framework which welcomed us and
where we carried out the internship, its history, mission, vision, value and the progress of the
internship. Chapter two will talk about our practical case, and in chapter three talk about the
shortcomings and avenues for improvement in the progress of vehicle fleet management
activities.
