PROJECT BUILD: BOOSTING UNITY FOR

INSTRUCTIONAL LEADERS DEVELOPMENT
Jose Ranjett I. Rosal| May 10, 2024
In education, research has shown that teaching quality and school leadership are the most
important factors in raising student achievement. For teachers and school and district leaders
to be as effective as possible, they continually expand their knowledge and skills to implement
the best educational practices. Educators learn to help students learn at the highest levels. Many
people may not be aware of their school system's methods for improving teaching and student
learning. Professional development is the only strategy school systems have to strengthen
educator's performance levels. Professional development is also the only way educators can
learn so that they can better their performance and raise students' achievement. Building Unity
for Instructional Development or Project Build is a school project anchored to Project Shine of CID
Lights and Project Fame of the District. Professional development and advancement in teaching
strategies are the main goals of this project that help to monitor the teacher's growth.

Advancement in teaching is a necessity for all

teachers because of the continuous evolution of
technologies that will be of great help in dealing
with students. Addressing students' behavior
can also be handled efficiently and delicately
through this project with the help of LAC
sessions that equip the teachers with the
knowledge and skills needed to handle frangible
cases of student's behavior in school. Pitogo
Community High School teachers continue to
enhance their knowledge and skills by
conducting LAC Sessions that greatly helped in
the division of works when participating in
division and district project implementation.
Teachers can now create newsletters, edit video
presentations that can compete with the works
of other skilled professional in the field. When it
comes to professional development, teachers
who are currently enrolled in Master's
Education are leading the team in smooth
implementation of district and school projects.
