receiver of the action)

Kinds of Voice
1. Active Voice - the subject is the doer of the action

The boy kicked the ball.


He orders two medium-sized pizzas.

2. Passive Voice - the subject is to whom the action is acted upon

The furniture is dusted by the maid.


The rooms will be renovated soon.

Write AV on the space provided for if the verb in the sentence is in the active voice;
PV if it is in the passive voice.
