Subject : NUISANCE AT CONDO UNITS AND HOUSE RULES REMINDER

Dear Valued Residents,

Please be informed that, as part of our commitment to ensuring a peaceful living environment for all
residents, we kindly remind residents/tenants of the following House Rules guidelines:

1. Nuisance:
All residents/tenants are required to conduct themselves in a manner that does not cause nuisance or
disruption to others in the community. This includes refraining from activities that may disturb the
peace or inconvenience of fellow residents/tenants (House Rules, Section 2.4(a)).

2. Noise Restrictions:
To promote a quiet and respectful environment, we ask that you refrain from operating radios,
televisions, hi-fi equipment, or any other audiovisual or musical instruments at a volume that
interferes with the peaceful enjoyment of your neighbors, especially after 11:00 PM (House Rules,
Section 2.4(b)).
