RESOLUTION TO UTILIZE THE MOOE FOR MOVING UP, GRADUATION, AND
RECOGNITION CEREMONY FOR SY 2023-2024

WHEREAS, as stated in DepEd Order No. 13, s. 2016 re: Implementing Guidelines on
the Direct Release and Use of Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE)
Allocations of Schools, including Other Funds Managed by Schools dated March 11,
2016, paragraph 17, school MOOE can be utilized to finance the expenses pertaining
to graduation rites, moving up or closing ceremonies and recognition activities, the
patents of the candidates for graduation of the Grade VI class and the completers of
San Pedro Apartado Elementary School, SY 2023-2024 in a meeting concluded that
the following expenses be funded by the school MOOE, such as:
1. Tarpaulin
2. Medals
3. Specialty papers for the printing of Certificates of Completion and Moving Up
4. Ink for printers
5. Parchment papers
6. Notarial seal
7. Ribbons
8. Plaque for the Guest of Honor and Speaker

WHEREAS there will be no collection of any amount among parents of the graduating
and completers class except for the payment of documentary stamps and rent of toga
which they unanimously agreed upon.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved to request the Schools
Division Superintendent, DR. VIVIAN LUZ S. PAGATPATAN for her approval and to
cause to the office of the Public Schools District Supervisor, DR. FERDINAND C.
CABRERA for his information and guidance.
UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
