RE: REFERENCE FOR MISS TINY THUTO RANKGWE

I am delighted to provide a reference for the Tiny Thuto Rankgwe whom I have known since 2022
when she joined MOH at Boikhutso Clinic, Francistown as a Health Care Tester and Phlebotomist,
mainly doing HIV testing and counselling, and bleeding. As Regional Lab Specialist, I oversaw HIV
testing quality activities and Miss Rankgwe portrayed outstanding abilities and her dedication to
maintaining splendid quality standards. Later during regular continuous quality improvement visits
Boikhutso clinic she was based at, I was further impressed with her impeccable work ethics. She was
one of the best performing testers and additionally, she kept all quality activities such as weekly QC
performance, Stock management, Safety measures, EQA/PT performance and adhered to national
testing procedures.
Consequently, knowing her performance, it was no surprise when in early 2023 she was employed as
TB screener and RHT tester under another organization -Bummhi in Tutume Primary Hospital.
I recommend vividly without hesitations for further endeavours in her profession.
