Coriander water

Soak the seeds at night, strain it and have it in the morning. You can also boil it and add rock salt
and lemon to it and drink

Recipe - Thyroid Healing Dosa

Ingredients
1. Idli rice:- 1Tablespoon
3. Green moong Dal : 1 Tablespoon
4. Coriander leaves- 1 handful
5. Onion: ½
6.Grated Beetroot - 1 Tablespoon
7. Hing : a pinch
8. Ginger - 1t
9. Fenugreek seeds - 1/4 t
10.Rock Salt: As per taste
11. Coconut oil :- 1 teaspoon
12. Garam Masala - a pinch

Preparation -

1. Rinse & Soak Rice and dals together for 7-8 hours /overnight
2. Grind them finely in the morning
3. Put the mixture at a warm place to ferment for 7-8 hours .
4. Add rest of the ingredients in the batter except coconut oil.
5. Add little water if needed, the batter should be slightly thick but flowing consistency.
6. The tawa should be sufficiently hot, add few drops of coconut oil on the tawa.
7. Put 1 laddle of the batter and spread it like a dosa.
8. When it is cooked, flip it over and cook it from other side as well.
9. Serve hot with coconut chutney
10. Enjoy 

Recipe- Metabolism Kick smoothie

Ingredients-
1. Mango- 60g
2. Coconut water- 200ml
3. Mint leaves- Handful
4.Chia seeds - soaked 1t
5.Lemon- half
6.Cinnamon- a pinch
7.Rock salt- a pinch
8.Coriander leaves- 1 handful

Directions-
1. Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
2. Enjoy with a smile.

Recipe -
Ingredients
1. 1 onion, finely chopped
2. 1 tomato, finely chopped
3. 1 cloves garlic, minced
4. 5-7 mushrooms, finely chopped

Preparation
1. Gently fry onion, garlic , add rest of the ingredients in a pot and bring to
boil
2. Add water and simmer on medium low for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Poha Namkeen
Ingredients -
1. Poha (Puffed Rice roasted)- 2 cups
2. Roasted chana - 2 cups
3. Peanuts – ½ cup
4. Raisins – ½ cup
5. Ghee- 2 teaspoon
6. Mustard seeds- 1/2 teaspoon
7. Fennel seeds -1/2 teaspoon
8. Curry leaves 10-15
9. Sendha Namak to taste
10. Chat masala to taste

Preparation
-
1. Dry roast poha in kadai. Then roast peanuts, raisins in ghee and keep them aside separately.
2. Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a kadai and add spices (mustard seeds, fennel seeds, curry leaves).
3. Now add roasted chana and sauté for a minute. Add roasted poha , peanuts , chat masala and
salt and
mix well.
4. Cool completely and store in an airtight glass container.

Recipe- Cooling Smoothie

Ingredients -
Apple- half
Cucumber- 1 small
Celery - 1 stalk
Honey- 1 tsp
Sabja seeds- 1tsp

Directions-
1.Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

2.Enjoy with a smile. 🙂
